disappointment
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your Darty St-Genis-Pouilly store. Over the past six months, I have made several large purchases from Darty, including a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and just four days ago, a stove and hotte. However, after this most recent purchase, I have decided that I will no longer be shopping at Darty again.
After encountering an issue with the installation and delivery of my stove and hood, I returned to the store to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager's response was nothing short of unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and did not offer any help or attempt to resolve the situation. It was clear that he had no interest in addressing my concerns or providing any customer service.
I have always believed that Darty is a professional and customer-oriented company, but my recent experience has completely changed that perception. It seems that once a sale is made, Darty has no interest in supporting its customers or solving any issues that arise.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be making any future purchases from Darty. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the poor customer service I encountered.
Very good product and great customer service as usual.
I would recommend this blanket from Darty. There are no straps to secure it to the mattress but the underside has a Velcro like non slip texture that keeps it in place. Very satisfied.

I ordered a HP printer on line 3 moths ago which worked perfectly until now.
It keeps jamming. I followed all the advice on the HP and it still doesn't work.
I was called by an advisor and told that I would have to travel 30km to the nearest Darty store. Why don't they have a courier service , like other on line stores ??
Then the advisor told me that I wouldn't get a new one , it would be repaired !!
So I have to travel back and forth to only get it repaired when it should be replaced. They obviously don't value their customers.
Maybe, though , this appalling service has been for the best.
We want to replace our tumble dryer, induction hob and oven in the New Year and we now know not to buy them from this company.
They must be very successful to be able to keep losing customers

I bought a Ciara oven hood through Darty Marketplace place on the Darty web site.
The goods were delivered with the packaging extensively damaged. I did not know this when delivered as the deliverer had placed the damaged side on the ground.
Darty hid the fact that the supplier is Chinese and refuse to take action. The supplier suggests that I sue them.

Darty will NOT deliver if you buy a product, they will most likely do what they did with everybody else, witch is, making you wait at least 1 week (for me 2 weeks more than the date witch my command was supposed be delivered), and then silently cancel your command with no compensation.
Highly recommend you stay away if you value your time and want any form of reliability.
Charged and but order silently cancelled. Bad communication and customer service
Bought something, was charged, received a confirmation email then no emails for a week. So I checked my online account and saw the order was cancelled although I never received an email about this. When I contacted them they said I wasn't charged when I was... just shared screenshots of emails and bank accounts.. now waiting for an answer.
They are scammers .
They are scammers .. first day it will be good .. they will say you need to pay to remove negative amount then you will get more commission .we will pay from our account to get commission .. these are scammers .. they will be very nice to us we can’t even think they are scammers .. once we deposited amount .. they will take all the amount.. we will know that when we try to withdraw it doesn’t work .. very danger scammers we lost £2000 pounds.. the job is to give reviews to online products.

Darty is a very big scammers.
They are using agents from whole world to raise their products rating.
They give you task to complete then you have to pay money to get your commissions.
When you finish and want to withdraw commissions, customer service blocks the transfer.
AWFUL after sales care
I have had an awful experience with Darty ,if I could give them minus 5 I would. I bought a high end expensive oven, cost over 3000 euros. My oven stopped working in August it took them a month to come and collect it.
They were supposed to come and collect the oven and they didnt turn up and then we had to spend hours on the phone chasing to set up a new meeting.
The agency looking after my property has spent 20 hours already coordinating with them. They are impossible to communicate with.
They dont use their on line platform and their internal communcations are awful, so is their communication with customers
I have not been able to rent my house for 3 months because of this and have lost thousands of euros on top of the cost of the agency chasing Darty and the cost of the repair.
They are providing not information on status. Really a nightmare over something that should be very simple.

I had purchased few items from Darty and whenever I purchased the items then employee used to scan their own cards. I don’t know why? 🤷🏻♀️
Later I went through my Darty application and it shows nothing on my purchase list?
But other applications like fnac, ikea, etc shows the purchased history.
But I didn’t know why Darty shows zero purchase. 🤷🏻♀️
