Top Tier Data Provider

Have been extremely easy to work with and the communication is top notch. The data we receive back is top tier for our industry knowing that there are a lot of companies out there offering similar services. All data is going to have a variance rate - but this is the best i've seen.

Support

I approached DataCaptive 3 months ago for the leads. Mr.Mitch Perri was helping me. At that time, I don't have enough money to pay for the services. Understanding my financial situation, he negotiated with his hierarchy and offered me the Flexible payment options.

He explained everything in detail the questions I have. After 3 months i have signed the contract today.

A fraud company

Bought 1845 contacts list at a price of USD 322. On the first day tried sending out 70 emails. 15 of them had a hard bounce. This is the quality of their database. They are a fraud organisation out to cheat customers.
Do not buy database from them.

Did not work for my business but might work for others.

I had high hopes to purchase a retailer list from this company. Twice they sent me a list that was direct competitors of mine, and or entries that were not useful at all. In the end, they did reimburse me for some of the money I spent so that makes the rating a neutral. It might be that they are better att finding lists in certain industries.

Outstanding Success Rate!

I shopped around and decided to go with Datacaptive. I am very happy that I did. My list was not too large. I included 800 email addresses along with company name, contacts name, title, address and phone.

My results totally an average of 85% success rate. In checking with average success rates in the industry, this was outstanding.

List Purchase + Customer Service

This was our first list purchase from DataCaptive. The rep we worked with, Rick Lucero, was fantastic. From start to finish he answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made sure the targeting of the list we wanted was spot on. The only reason I did not give DataCaptive a 5-star is because we have not actually done a campaign to the acquired list yet.
