His knowledge of the product is second to none, from the moment I popped in to the store on the off chance of just seeking some input his warmth and charisma shone through, to the second visit a few days later with the whole family we came away enthused and we not only ended up giving him an order for my son and my also for my daughters 21st in 3 years time!
