Our Customer Care team replied as soon as the service became operational and confirmed that the reservation was valid and guaranteed from 9:00 AM. The hotel also informed you that the room could not be made available before the guaranteed access time included in your booking.

Daybreak discount not honored
When I arrived at the hotel, the attendant did not honor the price that you had given, even though I mentioned it to them, and also showed the page on my phone where your price was. It was the end of my trip and I was exhausted so I didn't argue, but I ended up paying more than double the price you had quoted.

Perfect for what I needed.
Hotel was a nice and clean and exactly what I needed. A place to stay for 8 hours while I waited for the rest of my family to fly in from Australia (we were on different flights). Beats waiting around at the airport! I was able to shower, rest and freshen up after my own long haul flight from Australia. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was an added bonus!
