Very disappointing experience. I ordered a dress in a purple color, but they shipped a black dress instead, without asking for my approval. There was no email, no clarification, and no option given. When I requested a refund because I did not receive what I ordered, they refused. Sending the wrong item and then denying a refund shows poor business practices. Buyers should be cautious.
I wish they have zero star,I would have given zero. No one should buy from them.

I ordered on 9-20-25, got 1 item 3 weeks later. They couldn’t fulfill the other items so I cancelled and am still fighting over my refund! This company does not have any kind of decent customer service, it’s awful! Please beware of this company. They are not trustworthy or professional at all! I keep being told that they are processing my refund, that started 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received my money. Exactly how long should it take? It didn’t take them 2 weeks to remove the funds from my account! I want my money back and then I’m done! This company is the worse that I’ve ever dealt with! Do not order from them, you won’t get your items or your money and the items look nothing like advertised! Worst experience ever!

I spent $273 never received none of my items they won't respond back to my email totally scam

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order over a month ago, and they only sent me one item. I contacted my bank to open a claim, but because the company shipped something, the bank said I must go back to the company for the rest of my refund.

The company is now playing games, insisting I close the PayPal claim before they’ll issue anything further. The fact remains: they still owe me over $104.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible experience still trying to get a return autorizathion from them and seems like a nightmare, dont buy from this company, they came back with a 10 percent discount which I didnt accept and insist in getting the return auth, still waiting.

This website is trash. I placed an order June 8 and paid for expedited shipping. On June 16 I inquired about my order via email, and was told that it was processing and would ship soon. I requested a refund on the expedited shipping. Today I was told that my order is no longer available but I can use the credit towards another item. I don't think so!!!!

Never did receive items that I purchased. Do not order from them!

Warning everyone about this fraud of a company… made a purchase in march the 12, to never receive anything… they are dishonest and scammers.

Ordered in January. Paid in full. Haven’t received my item. Have sent several emails to service address with no response. Wish I would have read the reviews.

If I could give them a minus score, I would. I ordered 2 pant suits from them in December. It took about a month to get the first suit. I didn’t realize that the company was in China because I would have never ordered from them. Those clothes obviously run smaller than in America. Needless to say it was too small. I contacted them immediately and told them not to send 2nd order because it didn’t fit. They sent it anyway and because I received what I ordered even though it didn’t fit PayPal wouldn’t intervene on my behalf. Now I’m stuck with these outfits because shipping costs returning to China are outrageous

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. They take pictures of other people clothing and mislead people into buying items they don’t sell.

Daylikoving is a scam purchased items what was sent to me wasn't anything near to what I paid for also I sizes were very small like for a child I returned the items after 20 days still no refund Please be aware Don't waste your time or money with this fake scam

I ordered the rhinestone jeans on Nov. 25,2024, based on positive (but probably fake) reviews on their page. I received them, January 13 and they had sequins that were glued to them and most were falling off. The other items purchased were such shamefully poor quality I can’t even describe. When I attempted to return all items for a refund I was told to ship them back at my expense. That would cost almost as much as I spent!!!

This is what you receive when you order the outfit from DAYLILOVING. It is horrible, cheap quality, the fabric is the cheapest satin polyester, it’s not a taffeta like the advertisement, NO pockets, buttons on skirt are not covered, back of blouse is not sheer, wrist of sleeves is very different than the advertisement. I keep posting pictures of what I received on their advertisement post and they keep removing them. To top it off you have to return it to China and it costs more to return it than you paid for the items.
