Unusable, complicated, poor user experience,ltem headings lost, no views on adverts

Terrible. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Hard to navigate, over complicated, lost people I followed, inaccurate heading for finding/selling items.
Very difficult to actually find what you are looking for unless you know exactly the brand name, and its inserted in the advert..
Doesn't have the iconic turntable brand"Technics" under the pladespiller (turntable) subsection brand options, or many famous Danish furniture designers that were previously accessable.
My adverts now don't receive any views.
Businesses that largely depended on DBA for their income will now see a dramatic drop in earnings, and like myself have already registered with alternate buying and selling platforms.
While looking for hiking boots it was very difficult to find what I was looking for.
Doesn't even have a half size shoe option making it harder to tailor a specific shoe size for ones foot
Poor customer service (stil waiting for a reply)
I'm receiving things in the "Annonceagenter" from years ago that spam my email the next morning taking time out of my busy morning to go through them and delete them
I'm all for change and updated platforms but my user experience is very unenjoyable with the New DBA so I hope it improves
I will use vinted more

En ny stor tragedie

The new look is not only unattractive, but it is very chaotic. Specifically:

1. I can't easily preview the auctions I asked about, now I can only see all conversations, even those I'm not interested in.

2. No way to set dark mode in the browser? Is it really that hard?

3. When searching for a product before, I could see only Zealand, now I have to select several different regions, I can't set one place and a district, e.g. 50 km, I have to do it manually every time.

4. Why do I see the price instead of the auction name as something more important?

5. Broken search engine, I entered the name of the phone, and the search engine found everything, but not what I was looking for.

6. Broken mobile phone section. Previously, Apple and iPhone were separate, which was legible, now when looking at new things I have to go through Apple phones, even though I don't want to see them.

I have the impression that the changes that were made were made by people who use this service the least. I won't be surprised if you lose people to fb marketpleace. there are many more things that are broken, but I am not paid to waste time listing them. The change is tragic, the site is now unreadable, illogical, and what could be searched before now requires effort to work. Congratulations on breaking the site

I recently had to contact 2 DBA staff…

I recently had to contact 2 DBA staff (Camille & Emil) regards a suspected scam. Both showed interest in my case and gave good advice. The advice worked out and in the end I got the item. The best bit of all is they were real people and the human touch is just never, ever going to get replaced with a Chatbot or similar. Thank you for your care I am a long-term user of DBA and very happy with the site and service.

I am very disappointed with DBA

I am very disappointed with DBA. The customer service is horrific, and it seems inherently clear to me, they don't care at all about their product, users nor future.

In several of my listings, I've been harassed by toxic and mean people, and I have no way of getting rid of them or blocking their access to my listing.

In fact, customer support just told me to tolerate this behavior - There's no way to block people.

There's also no way to give customers or buyers reviews, what is up with this platform? They don't work anymore on their product. It's derelict, and ripe for disruption.

For the entrepreneurs out there, you have an ample opportunity to create a better product.

DBA STINKS.

We absolutely do not tolerate bad behaviour on our platform. Every case is different and we always look at the specific matter in order to determine what to do with the profile.

In worst matters it can lead to a blocking of the profile. However from here it is not possible to see the exact situation you refer to - so please contact us on e-mail if you want us to look at it.

For now it is not possible for users to block others or to leave a review.

I deleted an ad

I deleted an ad, before I had informed another possible customer to my bike, that it was sold. Maria from Customer Service found the thread between me and the possible customer and informed him of the sale of the bike. Top quality customer service!

I was defrauded by a person registered in the system. We agreed on a value of 650DKK for Airpods Pro. But even though I sent 650 DKK via mobilpay, the airpods were not sent to me. The guy called Alex D.

Go ahead DBA agents… answer my message… and I will be posting the proof that you can not even keep track of an account and do not have a clear overview…
Therefore… I would like to thank you for deleting my account (for no reason)
You basically did me a favour so I wont spend any time in deleting it myself before I go use other platforms instead
