The product was of good quality and the time frame was fast.

Delivery was slow, item arrived after my event although I paid for express shipping. Additionally, the return process isn’t clear.

The customer service was great. They contacted me right away and addressed the issues in a timely manner. The backdrops are really nice.

I like the product I orderd however, I payed for expedited shipping but it did not get to me in time for my event.

I have to admit, I didn’t know much about photography backdrops before I ordered one. They are blurry. And I was reading, after I received mine, that the reason they’re blurry, is so the people getting photographed are in focus because the background is just that, a background. Kind of like a cinematic thing. Once I understood that, from a distance the backdrop was lovely, except it was darker than the website picture. I was looking for more of a white background. And not educating myself prior to purchase, I was disappointed at first. (I am making a snowman village in my living room, and I wanted a white snowy background)
Since I didn’t want to return it, I doctored it with some white fabric paint and turned the “brownish” snow glistening with a special 3D glitter I have. Now, I love it! I purchased a 10’x6.5’ background. The fabric is super soft!!!
Now that I know, I will be careful what I look at when I purchase again. Blue skies are very blue. Night skies are very dark even with Christmas lights strung across in the backdrop. Snow covered trees and pathways can look brownish, pinkish, yellowed, blue or grey. So depending on what the use of the backdrop is for, think of the colors you want to bring out and go with that. Us, (infrequent users of backdrops), holiday decorators, need to educate before a purchase of a backdrop when they are at the size I purchased. But, I do really like it now for my purpose since I got it to the colors I wanted. Would I buy again, yes!

Love the fabric, but the color prints are dull and dark. Rod pocket sewn so tight it takes 20 minutes or more for 2 people to push on 3" pipe. This was Experience with the last 2 purchased at the same time, Shipping was quicker than expected.

Pretty realistic. Packaged very nicely.

The backdrop is lovely and good quality. Looking forward to taking our family picture with the backdrop.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was a very misleading advertisement of a product. A scam some could say. One would most certainly be under the impression that they were receiving an actual macrame backdrop, however, what was received was essentially a microfiber shower curtain with a picture of a macrame backdrop on it. Of course since it was “custom order”, as you specify what size backdrop you want, they typically don’t refund. I was at least able to get a partial refund, but still can’t believe I got scammed out of $55.

You have great customer service and the option to do custom sizing and graphics is just great. I work at a theater, and we have used your drops in three productions with terrific results!
