The backdrop image was poor quality and did not look like the advertised version. I expected a higher quality printing job on the backdrop fabric. The florals were blobs with fuzzy outlines, the arch was too light and not well defined.

I purchased two backdrops, one I paid extra to have the backdrop express shipped within 3-5 working days and it arrived four days late, making it unusable for what I had planned. I have been trying to return it for a refund and they offered me 20% refund to just keep it rather than refunding the full amount.

The second backdrop arrived and the cross pocket was so small that it doesn’t fit standard P&D hardware. I had to go buy PVC pipe and jimmy rig it.

The backdrop is beautiful. The fabric is thick and vibrant.
I just ordered another backdrop!

This company gets 4.5 stars only because the website interface was a bit clunky. I ended up purchasing my order twice because I couldn’t tell whether my first order went through. That said, the quality of my product and the online representation were stellar! The order was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. I ordered another backdrop from another company several days ago. I’m still waiting for it to ship. From now on, I’ll just get my backdrops from DBackdrop. I know the quality of the work and the effort I’ll get with customer service. I highly recommend!

Excellent product received and a great selection of products on their website. The price was very reasonable for this as well. I am very happy with the product I received. The shipping is a little expensive and it took quite a while to get to me but I realize it’s a long way from China to Georgia in the United States.

Update: DBackdrop has offered to fully refund the purchase price. So we are whole now. I’m grateful that the company made good on this issue.
I ordered a 15 x 20" sweep and it arrived with banding all across the whole thing. Totally unusable! They finally agreed to send a replacement IF I removed my review. I did and the new one came in exactly like the first one. They don't seem to know what they are doing and can't make a quality product. They've ruined two of my high-end sessions now!

I ordered a backdrop from this company because of the fast and delivery service that was advertised. The product was delivered within the time frame mentioned, an option for faster delivery is available if you are in a time crunch.

It didn't really look like the image on the website. The website had more color, the one that arrived is mostly black.

We ordered a 10x20 which we got, but it is totally out of per portion.
It’s like they took an 8x10 and blew it up to a 10 x 20. Totally unusable.

The backdrop we needed was done professionally. The delivery was fast and on time.

Terrible service. They delivered to wrong address so the item was refused and no attempt to redeliver to us so the message I’ve got is they’re returning to sender. What an absolute farce! Would definitely not recommend this company. Total waste of time and money!
