Fantastico as usual

I have previously bought and sold through DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. From initial contact, getting everything in place, advertising, referencing tenants has all been a smooth process. I feel my property is in safe hands and looking forward to working with them going forward.

We have recently started working with DB Roberts. They now manage our rental property and I must say they have been very professional from the start. Very efficient and sort everything out!! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

All of the interactions I always had a great experience. I was kept updated on each step. Received emails confirming if a process was completed. All my requests or adjustments dealt with promptly.

First of all I would like to say this is regarding Nicole who is the staff at DB Roberts. She is a very nice lady very polite very sweet. She listened to me. She helped me in everything she could and I am quite pleased with the way she handled our conversation really well therefore I give her full marks she’s a great lady bless her.

I have worked with DB Roberts Lettings for many years. They have always displayed unmatched professionalism and taken a proactive approach to managing my tenancies, helping me to stay on top of the many issues that have arisen.

I have been particularly impressed with both Lisa Edwards and Nicole Stiller. They never wait for a problem to escalate; whether it’s providing detailed property reports, mediating tenant issues, or navigating complex maintenance, their communication is meticulous. Any delay in rent is addressed immediately, and payments are always processed very quickly.

They have a remarkable ability to manage contractors and resolve issues efficiently. I truly feel that they have proven time and again to have my best interests at heart. My rental property is in safe hands, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

An excellent company to rent with. Our property manager Bethany and letting agent Tia have both been amazing and made the whole process smooth and not stressful. They are both always at the end of the phone/an email with any queries we may have and keep regular communication. The staff are also lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend DB Roberts as a company to let with.

DB Roberts manage one of my properties and the service has been professional and reliable. Communication through the app is polite and clear, and queries are usually responded to within a day or two. Bethany has been helpful and implements instructions promptly. Overall, a straightforward and efficient management service.

Bethany Stevens has been brilliant and has offered good service

We’ve worked with Bethany from the DB Roberts team for a number of years now managing our portfolio and couldn’t recommend her services highly enough. No problem is too big or small. She makes life renting out property very straight forward.
