Extremely helpful customer service on the phone helping me to figure out a solution for my broken laptop screen, when I took my laptop in the staff were lovely and willing to do their best to help, my laptop was fixed within hours of taking it there when other places said it would take over a week and at triple the cost of what Dundee computer care charged me. I will definitely come here again if I have any issues with any of my devises and I would advise anyone else to as well, fantastic service!

My computer had blue screen, he said it could be £40-£100 to fix. I asked for an estimate, about 1 hour later I received a txt message telling me that the pc was fixed. Cost £25, very reasonable I thought. So texted back I'd pick up next day.

In the shop the next day he said computer fixed, Graphics card faulty, I asked he never said anything in txt message, shrug of the shoulders.
This was the first time using this place and it will be the last, I don't like them.
In reply he said the guy worked on it for 3 hours,he couldn't have.
DONT USE THIS SHOP>don't shop here.

We were extremely happy with the service we got from Dundee Computer Care this morning. Our computer broke down and was fixed within an hour the Ram memory was damaged was replaced and the Computer is working perfectly so thanks to Dundee Computer Care I would recommend them best service ever.
