No customer service but great product

My DC shoes arrived today. They are really nice and exactly what I wanted. I've held a star back because of the original problem below.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews first. Ordered on the 16th and have had no updates by the 24th. I have raised a PayPal claim to get my money back. The customer care is non-existent. I will never buy from here again.

Dreadful customer service for such a…

Dreadful customer service for such a popular and well known brand.
Shoes took over two weeks to come. I had to chase- email wasn’t responded to and then found a number and was told they had shipped. The wrong shoes then arrived and this was over a week ago. I have emailed and got an immediate response…. And then nothing. And now the number I called before is apparently ‘blocked’! I am left in limbo and my daughter doesn’t have her shoes. Do better, DC- look at all these negative reviews!

Missing refund for returned items

I bought a 3 pairs of boots and tried to return using DC's company of choice (Evri), only to be turned away from 5 parcel shops because the box that the boots were delivered in was too big for an Evri driver to take. After having to contact customer service by email, they sent an extra returns label so that I could split the package. This caused even more issues as the boots I returned using the extra label did not get allocated to my account by the warehouse. They tried to claim that I only sent back 2 of the 3, and we're going to leave eme hundred of oinnss of pocket. . 15 days later and about 10 emails, I have now finally my refund. Avoid DC as much as possible, the service is terrible.

SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on the 6th February and paid for it. I have received no confirmation email and I am unable to get in contact with this Company. I would avoid as I am positive I have been scammed. Fortunately I paid my credit card so will hopefully get my money back.
Shame on you DC shoes UK. A 12 year old spent his pocket money on these shoes!!!!

UPDATE
My Bank returned the funds for these shoes. DC Shoes have just taken another £65 out of my bank account ?!?! To date I have not received a confirmation email, I have received no correspondence in spite of me sending them emails requesting information and obviously I do not have the shoes.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Just awful

Just awful. Have been trying to contact them for 2 days now. Constantly on hold then after 15 minutes line cuts off saying office is closed. Call back and it goes through but then assume you go to the back of the queue and the process starts again. 15 minutes - the process repeats.
Part time hours - 12 - 5 (UK? European time? who knows). Even a note on the website to say they're experiencing a high volume of calls,.....so work longer, add more people to get you through.
DC Shoes....People have believed in you enough to part with their money and buy your products, the least you can do is repay that service.
I was holding on last night 4:30pm came and they just shut phone lines.
Forgot to mention the 14 day dispatch, even though they state dispatch in 1-2 days. Apparently they 'misplaced my order due to a warehouse reshuffle'

I ordered from this company and they…

I ordered from this company and they sent me the wrong colour! And when I tried to contact they was so unhelpful. N when I started a return, my parcel has been with evri for over a week n not even initiated my refund. They need a better customer service system. That’s for sure! Will not be ordering again!

Don't be so greedy

Ordered a pair of shoes on Monday 15th, and now it's the end of the day on the 17th, and they still haven't been dispatched. I guess profits are more important than hiring more people to stick a label on a box and send it off. No option for expedited delivery either. I guess it was a mistake buying directly from you and not via amazon/ebay or elsewhere as it seems you don't know how to run a business.

Do not use these utter unless people

Do not use these utter unless people! I ordered a pair of trainers. Size 9.5 uk.
They sent me a size 8.
So, I started a return.
While waiting i then re ordered the same pair again, in 9.5 uk
And yet again they sente the wrong size.
The customer service is shocking, they take days to reply, and when they do, they don't even offer a resolution.
Awful awful company!

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Bought a pair of DC Trainers which were the wrong size, sent these back for a refund and was told the box arrived empty, and I would not be getting a refund! No contact number, no customer support - totally shocking service.

Ordered trainers, dpd failed to deliver 4 times after fighting with dpd the parcel was sent back to DC shoes and all they can do is refund me and not assist with the issue. Absolutely ridiculously bad customer service I would not recommend buying from them.

Received trainers that were stained…

Received trainers that were stained yellow on what should have been a nice white rubber base, reported it to DC via their ‘help’ section online 2 weeks ago, all I have Received is a generic email stating I will be contacted by their quality department. Lost patience and sent them back with another item I decided to return. They have refunded me for the other item but 5 days later still have no email confirming they’ve even received the shoes despite them being sent in the same bag. Chased several times since sending the items back and heard nothing. In total still owed £85. Not sure how such well known established companies get away with Non existent customer service.

Then when you finally do manage to order something you get bombarded constantly by marketing texts and emails. It's like every few hours there's something from them. Give it a rest.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company i ordered some high tops and am still yet to receive them it took them 2/3 days to process the order and then they got stuck at customs for 4 days then when the delivery company finally got them they cant deliver them as DC shoes did not put my name and address on the parcel they just put the street name nothing else so they are going to be sent back to DC unless they contact dpd with my details and considering i cant get any response from Dc customer service or lack of I'm stuck in limbo trying to cancel the order and get a refund....... What a bunch of clowns.

This is the absolute worst experience i…

This is the absolute worst experience i have ever had with a company in my entire life and that's no exaggeration.
I ordered a pair of dc skate shoes size 10.5 on 28th March 2025. I have had no update or communication that my order has been dispatched and today is 8th April 2025. The useless AI is of no help whatsoever and just creates tickets that never get responses from a human. Just going to file a charge back with my credit card for this absolute scam of a company. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a ski jacket and a ski bib…

I ordered a ski jacket and a ski bib online. The jacket came, which had a cheap material but the ski bib still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. I have emailed numerous times to find out what is happening but they are not coming back to me. I’m out of pocket with no product in return.

Last time I order from them.

Terrible customer service

I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from DC! I ordered a pair of Phase Pro - BOA® Snowboard Boots for Women in a size UK8, and received a UK7. Customer service implied I had ordered the wrong size until I sent the order confirmation as proof, but then still insisted that I return through the usual means and re-order (i.e. refused to do an exchange which will mean two large transactions on my card, until I receive the refund for the first transaction). I have no confidence that if I order again I will receive the correct size, as their back end apparently processed my order of a UK8 as a US9, which is clearly incorrect. To add insult to injury, I have had to pay £5 for returning the item, despite it being their fault! Thoroughly annoyed!
