Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, the package never arrived. Almost zero customer service using most likely google translate. So far, DC Shoes refuses to refund my payment. I am now in contact with PayPal to get the money (85 EUR) refunded. Never ever again!!!

I will never order DC products again !
I can only report negatively about this company: I ordered snowboard and skate shoes from DC. The quality is poor (pain on my feets and quality allows short term use only) even if it looks good. The ordering process and above all the customer support is unbeatable in terms of audacity, replies 1 week later, unfriendly, does not read emails, does not react, sends automated texts and nobody answers the hotline in Germany. Anyone who runs a company in such a catastrophic manner will never be supported by me again. There are many other companies. DC: never again for me
