We obtained the porcelain tile for the
entirety of our downstairs floor from DDL tiles. We went to a large number of tile shops before making our decision but we were won over by the expertise at DDL tiles. They spent a lot of time working with us to get the right tile for our house. We are delighted with the end outcome - great quality tiles and excellent customer service with integrity. A great place to buy tiles, I'm disabled and was impressed how easy it was to access the site and also how easy it was to move around the showroom in my wheelchair. More importantly there was a great selection of tiles available and all presented in a pleasant environment. A family business who were all very polite, pleasant and professional and offered great advice.

What a terrific find DDL Tiles was. We visited umpteen specialist tile shops and DIY stores but came up trumps with DDL. The order for our floor tiles was secured with a small deposit and was delivered as promised despite Covid and Brexit. We were so pleased with the result that we decided to extend the tiling into the utility room. No problem, picked up the extra boxes and they were happy to take back and refund the two boxes not used.

Very happy to recommend DDL Tiles (Watford)

We have completed a large extension project on the house and are very glad we came to see Dinesh & PJ at DDL. We described the look we were trying to achieve (with the help of pinterest) and the guys showed us great options and provided insight on things we hadn't considered. We returned numerous times and refined ideas and choices and Dinesh and PJ didn't seem to mind at all. Overall we have had an amazing experience and have the perfect tiles to finish off our home. On the practical side, cost was fair, delivery hassle free and they also supplied all the accessories (grout, adhesive, matting) so saved shopping around. Thanks you!

We worked with PJ throughout the transaction. When we finally placed the order for tiles it was during dock strikes in Bilbao so the lead times had gone out to 4-6 weeks. We were gutted as we loved the tiles but could not wait that long. PJ worked tirelessly to source the same tile in the UK and had them (65sq/m) delivered the following week! Such a pleasure to work with DDL on our project and so glad that PJ was able to assist as we would have ended up with bog standard tiles instead of porcelain.

I would 100% recommend (and use) DDL tiles over and over again. They really put the customer first.

Having visited lots of tile shops, I found DDL had better quality tiles, a broader range and all at reasonable prices.

A minor delivery issues was very quickly sorted out and we're very happy with the service provided and the tiles look fantastic.

I ordered 50M2 of large format Porcelain tiles in August this year the tiles arrived when PJ said they would, DDL tiles are an exellent company to deal with, they have a wide choice of tiles, PJ is a pleasure to work with.

We were first introduced to PJ when we visited DDL tiles. From the moment we walked in the showroom, PJ took the time to take us around the showroom and explain the different tile options.
We were renovating our ensuite and were grateful for the support and guidance provided by PJ.the quality of the Spanish tiles that we chose to the matching Grout and Silicone was appreciated and noted by our builder and tiler. DDL tiles went out of the way to support us from placing the order to delivery. They were wonderful and very professional and the ensuite looks fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend and will be ordering our tiles for the kitchen from them.thankyou and keep up the good work.

We found DDL tiles a few weeks ago via Google. Out of all the tile shops we visited in and around Watford, this place stood out head and shoulders from the rest! The stock is of a very high standard and not seen in other showrooms. The service was second to none! Both PJ and Dinesh, were very helpful and were great at coming with ideas and solutions. This is something the other tile shops just didn't offer.
Highly recommended!

Good quality tiles with massive range for selection. Recently ordered porcelain tiles in large size for floor and patio. Very happy and would strongly recommend this place.
