China based scammers

China based scammers. I placed an order because their advert lures the public into believing that they are based in Germany. I requested an order cancellation within one hour. The immediate answer was “the product has already been shipped / will try to cancel / you have to pay 10% penalty”. The so called “cancellation fee” is not included in their AGB, and anyway the order was not cancelled. A few days after I got a shipping confirmation. I reported the case as fraud to my credit card company, which reimbursed me the money.
Other negative reviews report the same modus operandi. Consider the possibility that the few positive reviews available online have been placed through non-legit means.
