DealDash seems to have several big fish that gobble up just about anything with value. Sure, I have seen some auctions go to small fish, but that seems more luck than anything. It seems that every time I am in an auction, it doesn't matter how high I am willing to go, there is always another bidder that seems to have unlimited bids. It is really frustrating. If you are going to do this, take all of your bids and bid on ONE thing and hope to win. That is about the only way to prevail.

It hard to win bids, but it worth it when you do??it challenging fun and interesting? They do make it fair but wish you could get more bids for my money.

One bid went on for over twenty four hours. They need to have a certain time on bids.

This site has totally changed their winning methods allowing the same people to win products 12 times so good luck on ever winning anything. They exchange the high priced auctions for more bids and have turned the site into a monopoly! Aweful

I am filing this formal complaint to demand a full refund of $233.25 & $21.45 for the 143 bids that were used on the 6
auctions I DID NOT ENTER! DealDash uses technical failures, suspicious bidding mechanics, and deceptive guarantees to drain consumer accounts.
The Facts:
Failure to Refund: Despite their "100% money-back guarantee," a promised $39 refund has never arrived in my account. This is a direct violation of their stated policy.
Unauthorized Charges: I was led to believe I was using "free" level-up bids; however, DealDash charged my account for bid packs without clear authorization or a transparent checkout process.
Technical Failure (BidBuddy): After investing 39+ hours and 1,295 bids ($194.25) into a single auction, the "BidBuddy" tool lagged/buffered at the finish line, causing an instant loss.
Deceptive "Guaranteed Win": My one-time "guaranteed win" was applied to face powder for .01¢ that I only browsed and never intentionally bid on—effectively wasting the benefit before it could be used on the intended item.
Bidding Manipulation: Observed highly suspicious late-stage bidding spikes designed to drive up costs and cheat users out of more money.
Conclusion:
I joined to get a Nintendo Switch 2 for a birthday and ended up with an empty wallet and face powder I didn't ask for. DealDash relies on predatory mechanics and "glitches" to profit. I demand a full refund and am looking into class action litigation. Stay away.

I’ve only been using DealDash for about a week and so far the experience has been great. I’m figuring out how it all works and have won two auctions so far. Mostly it’s just a lot of fun.
