Hayley was great at arranging our mortgage and did this seamlessly. I found the frequency of messages from central office rather intrusive but did get us to complete paperwork! there was a high additional cost quoted for arrangement which we negotiated down but might otherwise be off-putting.

If you are nervous about the mortgage process, use Simon Tai from deal direct. Extremely responsive. No jargon, no pressure just results. Best broker I have ever used. Absolute legend!

Simon was our mortgage advisor. We had several issues getting a mortgage when trying independently. We used Deal Direct almost 9 years ago for our first mortgage and the help and guidance for first time buyers was second to none. Second time around we tried doing it alone but as with our first mortgage we had issue after issue so decided to use Deal Direct due to how helpful and useful they were first time around.
