Its taken more than 12 days so far and still not delivered. Item remained in Hong Kong for a week and is still at their national hub after 3 days in the UK.

TERRIBLE service, they fail to even disclose a delivery date. they took two of my packages two weeks ago and they both missing. They have wordy tracking information, like package arrived at facility - like what facility, where, where will it go next, what is my estimated delivery? AVOID at all costs, they are really awful.

They are supposed to be dealing with my Cosmetify order .. very confusing .

Used to buy from some merchant that shipped my package and received them in about 3-4 days, this time the same merchant used these very low quality company and I am still waiting for my package after more than 8 days. Package still appears as "in airport", seems that this company is the worst shipping option you could pick.

Fake company the lost my parcel and said they had tried to deliver on a sunday at midnight. impossible

I am writing this review to inform the public about our concerning experience with Dealer Send, a shipping company based in Hong Kong, which we have found to be connected with the Chinese Triads.

Our company decided to use Dealer Send for our shipping needs, but we quickly encountered significant issues. The performance of their service has been extremely poor, with numerous shipments getting lost. When we attempted to contact customer support, we received little to no assistance in locating the lost shipments or obtaining any form of refund. This complete lack of customer support has been highly frustrating and unprofessional.

Due to these ongoing issues, we decided to hold back some payments as leverage to get them to address their service shortcomings. Instead of engaging in a constructive dialogue to resolve the issues, Dealer Send took an alarming approach. They sent gangsters to our office to intimidate and threaten our staff, rather than having a conversation on how to improve their service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

It is important to note that the Chinese Triads own a substantial number of businesses, and based on our experience, Dealer Send appears to be one of them. This connection raises serious concerns about the safety and integrity of doing business with them.

We urge other businesses to be extremely cautious when considering using Dealer Send for their shipping needs. Our experience suggests that this company not only fails to deliver reliable service but also resorts to dangerous and unlawful tactics when disputes arise.

Please be aware of these risks and reconsider if you are thinking about entering into a business relationship with Dealer Send. Your safety and business integrity could be at stake.
