Found to be the best deal available on the internet on the day plus £50 cash back from Bosch - a saving of £100 on some other site offerings, amazing.

I have recently purchased a Dimplex fire from Deals4u. unfortunately the delivery had numerous problems. The packaging was badly damaged and in pieces, the fire has the wrong power rating and the fire was badly damaged.
Deals4u customer service were very helpful. They immediately arranged for a courier to pick the damaged fire up (within 2 days) and as soon as the courier had collected it they refunded my credit card in full. Unfortunate about the fire but good customer service.

Bought a tumble dryer from these people and have had numerous problems - Deals4U simply don't care. We were told it would be delivered on a particular day. It wasn't, and the delivery company didn't bother letting us know, so I wasted a day off work. I had to take another day off work for them to deliver it and then the delivery man would only bring it just inside the front door and I was unable to move it by myself so was trapped by it all day - sounds funny, but wasn't!

Then, it didn't work! Contacted Deals4U and all they did was give us the number for the manufacturers' repair company. Deals4U ignored later emails, the repair company have been slow and nearly three weeks after Deals4U took our money, we still do not have a working tumble dryer. They have refused to do anything to compensate us and we are now stuck with having to take even more time off work to try and get a working product.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their cheap products are *usually* OK and thus lead to good reviews, but if you are unlucky enough to be in the group of people for whom they get it wrong, then you may - like us - come to deeply regret not spending a few quid extra and buying from a company that actually cares about customer service and who uses a professional delivery service.

I ordered a Bosch dishwasher from deals4u on a Thursday afternoon, to my amazement it was delivered the next day. A very competitive price on the dishwasher, plus super fast delivery. Simply brilliant service!

Found Deals4u offering the best price for a Neff hob at a far better price than any competitor. Hob was dispatched a few days later.

Unfortunately the hob was damaged during delivery but their customer support team couldn't have been better - arranged collection of the original and sent out a replacement within two hours of collection! They could not have done more. New hob fitted and working perfectly.

I bought a Dimplex heater after finding them to have the best price online. I paid for it on Saturday afternoon. Received an email on Monday morning confirming it was being despatched. Received it it perfect condition on Wednesday morning. What more could you want? I would definitely order again from Deals4u.

Once i had ordered my product I called the customer service to enquiry about delivery time. They said they would call be back with the info, which they did within 10 minutes.
The item was delivered via Parcelforce within 4 working days.
I am very happy with the service and would'nt hesitate to recommend Deals 4 U to anyone.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

Took £515 from us for a Bosch Dish Washer and never received it it has been almost 12 days and whenever we call we get loads of excuses.
I should have bought it from either ao or currys to avoid such hassle....

I found the experience of buying from Deals4U to be extremely simple. I ordered a Dyson Animal 41 which was delivered within a week. Extremely good price as I compared via pricerunner and Deals4U were in the top 2 but had been verified as a dealer which the other company hadn't!
I would consider purchasing future electrical goods from this company with NO hesitation.

Ordered a Miele 2000watt S711 vacuum, paid £179, they delivered a Miele S2111 1600watt one advertised at £108.50, did they hope I wouldn't notice?

When I ordered my Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner I was told that delivery would be in two weeks' time. In fact it arrived only four days later. I was surprised and delighted. And my little Dyson has changed my life, so I'm a very happy customer.

I ordered a Bosch induction hob on 2 Aug. It was described as "available". Deals4u immediately sent me an email acknowledging the order and saying "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." This never happened, instead . . .

By Thursday 14 August I'd heard no more. However, my account showed "order complete" and "dispatched". I emailed Deals4u, and within a couple of hours I received a phone call from, I believe, the delivery company saying it would be delivered on Friday afternoon. It wasn't, so I emailed Deals4u again. On the morning of Monday 18 August I got another email saying they couldn't find the house on the Friday and would try to deliver again on the Monday morning. I never heard any more until the delivery turned up at 8pm on the Monday.
