They've gone silent on me

I signed up to the programme, they had great comms, answered my questions etc. I ended up in hospital and going through some really traumatic stuff which meant I didn't have the capacity to get to know the system properly to know if I wanted to commit before the refund time ran out. I've asked for a refund and they've gone completely silent on me. Completely silent. I've emailed them many times. Really disappointing they'd treat someone this way, I honestly would have expected better from these guys.

Enlightenment at last

I struggled at first, I had an old Mac, glitches etc. I shared my experience in the website community link, I offered my solutions. I logged in with different forms and got crazy. Worked at the same time with iPhone Mac laptop and iPad. Not all were same. Confusion and frustration. I’m doing quite well now. Thank u. I’m already amazed and feel we all got our money back even before the first class, just with Igor’s prep classes for day one seems a lot offered already. It’s amazing , thank you. The help is here, now time to digest it and apply it and follow the plans, etc… I can’t wait for each day to work on all the resources available for us. I got immediate response to my e-mail. I was informed: I've forwarded your request to one of our support agents, who will assist you promptly.
In the next e-mail, I got a concrete answer why I was having trouble to connect to the site (There is currently a widespread Cloudflare outage affecting many websites. Please see here for updates: link attached. As soon as Cloudflare is back online, we will be back online).
Excellent answer, I was informed what was going on and asked for understanding and patience.
The problem was resolved in app. 5 min. This is when I tried to connect again.
Now everything is working.

Today I ran into a technical issue…

Today I ran into a technical issue accessing the AIAdvantage website, and I was feeling frustrated because I had a workshop scheduled. I sent them the error message I was getting, and they responded extremely fast. Their support team walked me through everything with clear, detailed explanations and continued replying back and forth until the issue was fully understood.

Their quick response honestly relieved my stress. On top of that, our first workshop with AIAdvantage was amazing — very well organized, informative, and easy to follow.

I’m a 78 year-old venture capitalist and investment banker. I’ve seen just about everything on Wall Street, in European markets and in the venture capital sector. AI Advantage has perfected a way to interact with and guide a very large audience, as if they were one on one.

Their responsiveness is unlike anything I have seen in the online education and creativity marketplace. AI is here and you must have it. You need a seasoned guide; pioneers like Dean Grazioli and Tony Robbins.

Great group support!

I emailed the support alias and got an immediate response that someone would get back to me soon. When they got back, my problem was solved quickly and I was able to move on with next steps. Communication was prompt and professional. The support team goes out of its way to make attendees feel like they will do anything to get you unstuck.
