Dean was working at a neighbour's house when we appealed for help, as a workman had drilled a hole in a water pipe in our bathroom. He came to help and despite the job being more lengthy and complicated than we first thought he worked to ensure we had water to the house before the end of the day. Many, many thanks. JP

Had a boiler installed very sloppy service, very rushed then had a small leak informed him about it, never showed up despite emails and txts to him, if you ask me I would never use him again too sloppy with work and no attention to detail

Dean first came to the house to install the boiler on January 20th he stayed for two hours, on that day he also issued a gas safety certificate and a completion certificate to Hitachi finance. The next day he connected the boiler to the old gas supply and left for another week, during this time I had no control over the boiler as the smart controller was not working. A week later Dean arrived got the smart controller working and left and said he will be back later. Another week went by and he came and fitted the outside condenser pipe which had just been left dripping all this time. On February 17th Dean while I was not at home finished running the new gas pipe and connected the boiler up and left without saying anything. I had asked Dean not to connect the gas pipe where he wanted to as it prevented the freezer from being returned under the work top, I had also told him the the condenser pipe was leaking and that I would prefer it to be installed inside.
I was later in formed that by another plumber that the condenser pipe was not fitted with the correct size pipe, the pressure safety valve release pipe was fitted hard up against the wall so was in a dangerous situation if there were ever a need to release pressure. All the holes he made in the walls were not made good, so I had daylight coming in. The condenser pipe was still dripping outside. I had a burnt carpet and walls in the hall, the radiator that was poorly fitted and leaked after a couple of weeks, A tile broken off in the en suite whilst removing a booster pump and a broken shower holder. The work had to be eventually completed by a professional company they rectified the gas supply and installed the condenser pipe correctly, replaced the pressure release pipe and leaking radiator pipe , they also put inhibitor in the system. Dean did not complete the work that he was paid for (he was paid by the finance company before any work was started). He left me out of pocket and having to pay for the damage to the house and a new carpet. Dean kept saying he would contribute towards the damage caused to the house and the burnt carpet, but after 6 months of excuses I am now forced to write this review and pursue Dean at the small claims court.

We purchased a boiler from Dean in 2017 - the installation went smoothly - hot water and heating working perfectly by the end of the day - he has serviced it every year since. Dean has also recently helped with an issue we had with our gas fire - we would highly recommend him.

Dean installed a new boiler shortly after we moved into our new home and has been servicing the boiler every year since. I would have no hesitation recommending Dean, as I have always felt that he gives 100% when it comes to the quality of work carried out. Dean always explains what work has been carried out and why it was needed.

Dean come around to give us a quote and whilst not the cheapest of the quotes we got his professionalism and knowledge shone through
Was so good to actually get someone to come and give is a quote and meet them rather than the online quotes and people that only wanted to facetime or skype me
Call me old school but I like to do business face to face
The install was brilliant and Dean kept us informed at all times what was happening
And when we had questions a couple of days later he was happy to help us over the phone with his helpful cheery nature

Dean Watts came to install a new oil boiler .He provided excellent service , got heat and hot water up and running same day and his quote was less than other suppliers and fitters. I cant be more happy and will be using this company for all my heating needs. If i could give him 10 stars i would .

Dean has proved to be reliable and professional. He advised and fitted a new boiler into a loft area as per my request , flushed and checked the whole system.

Very efficient service from Dean. On enquiry through the Worcester Bosch site, Dean called me immediately & arranged a visit to access the work. He booked us in for removing our interior & fitting an external oil boiler very quickly. The work was of a high standard & the boiler excellent. Great company. I will be using Dean for future servicing of the boiler.

Professional, Reliable and tidy!
Used them to replace a very old boiler. All sorted with very little fuss.
