Absolute diabolical company trying to fine me for parking in a car park of a pub when I was cleaning the windows. Trying to say I ignored signage there was none there is now and telling me I ignored previous fine which I didn't get so now I cant appeal it. Absolute shysters I will see my day in court before I give them a single penny.

Super helpful and efficient with responding. It was nice to talk to someone that wanted to help the situation and understand that a mistake was made.

Not sure why you are threatening me with legal. I don't owe your or client UK CPM any money. Please stop sending me illegal demands for payments. I am going to report you and your client to the police for harassment.

I received a number of fines for a car I no longer owned and it took some time for DVLA to send me proof that I was not the register owner, I called DCBL after receiving a notice of debt recovery, they were so rude and threatening, telling me to pay the fine and track down and get the money from the new owner despite having the proof the car was not mine at the time of the offence, I called Debt recovery plus as the original letter came from them, my experience was so different, they were kind and respectful and dealt with this immediately what a difference big shout out to Patrick and Graeme
