Decathlon is a great company and I really like most of their products.

Terrible experience and unacceptable service from DHL and Decathlon.

I placed an order over two weeks ago, and it has been stuck in the warehouse since last Friday with no progress. Every day I receive the same automated message from DHL saying the delivery is delayed, but nothing actually changes.

I’ve called repeatedly, yet no one seems able to resolve the issue. There is a complete lack of communication and accountability between Decathlon and DHL, leaving the customer stuck in the middle.

This has been extremely stressful and frustrating. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress, I would strongly advise against ordering from them based on my experience.

Terrible company who use 3rd party companies!!
Ordered trainers I was sent the wrong size . Posted back using there returns slip and royal mail collection.
The tracking states delivered back but decathalon are saying there not received back also Decathalon are saying they used a 3rd party company to send the trainers to me .
2 weeks later still not been refunded my £124

Very disappointing experience with Decathlon customer service.

My order was clearly misdelivered by Royal Mail to a completely different town, yet resolving the issue has been unnecessarily slow and frustrating (and still not resolved). Responses from customer service have mostly consisted of repeated template phrases (e.g. asking me to check with neighbours), despite the tracking clearly showing delivery in a different town.

There has been little evidence of actual investigation or ownership of the problem, and I’ve had to repeat the same explanation multiple times. What should have been a straightforward case of “item not delivered to my address” has turned into a drawn-out process.

I would expect much better support and accountability when something goes wrong with delivery.

Instead of preparing for and enjoying my upcoming bike trip with the gear I ordered, I’ve had to spend time going in circles with customer service.

One of the best stores ever. Online and in store..gutted Aberdeen closed. Always fantastic stuff at great prices..

Not the fastest delivery and returns are extremely slow.
Product wise ok, but some of their own brand swimsuits are tiny and not true to size.

Communication with Decathlon and their courier serve DHL is impossible.
I ordered an item for a birthday present and paid extra for next day delivery.
I had no communication until the day after delivery had been due saying it would be delivered the next day.
Nothing arrived and no communication from anyone. Checked on DHL app and it just said “exception” “delayed” no explanation or nothing.
Tried to find a phone number for Decathlon or DHL and phone numbers don’t exist. Decathlon says use message and/or WhatsApp for customer service, did both and no one replies and it looks as though messages are not even read.
Buy from the shops, but I would suggest never to buy anything online.

The deliveries were in two stages and even though I tried to change the delivery address it wasn’t possible and it wasn’t possible to speak to a real life human who I am sure could have resolved this

No response to my query, was going to buy the JOOBIKE JOO1 Electric Bike , 48V 17.5Ah Battery, 26" Fat Tire but asked for the weight of the bike without the battery installed as I need this for my Thule tow bar bike rack, emailed & filled online request, nothing, if this is what it's like I won't be buying & spending £770 with this shower

Great service, products and value for money.

We are loyal customers and every time we buy you ask for a review - however my son has applied countless times for a job after joining your online section for young people looking for employment - not a single recognition of the lengthy application every single time he applies - so you sell stuff and it mostly is fine but you leave applicants with little hope as you consistently ignore their applications
Not very supportive at all so quit asking me for reviews of my shopping experience
