Took a month and a half to receive my order. The fit and quality of all the shirts was poor. Sticker label on the inside left a residue that will be very difficult to remove. Shirts obviously came from China. I would seriously advise against buying from this company.

Lots of ads but the website or store never works

Scam company.

Paid for shirts they never shipped, tried to contact them through both their customer service email and social media but they were unresponsive on both.

Had to do a chargeback through my bank to get the refund.

Paid $70 for 4 shirts,6 weeks later they said my shirts were held up at coustoms,,they said you want to re order?after I changed my bank account I said yes,but still no shirts

Order not shipped in more than 2 weeks despite the information on the website that it will be shipped within 1 week, 0 communication from the store.

Update: Still not received a refund. Scam company, avoid. Filed for chargeback with my bank.

I damaged my original steam deck screen and decided to give DeckHD a chance because their hd screen was about the same price as a new valve screen. I am glad I did.

1. Their product is really good, and i noticed the improvement from the original screen in the colors and the details. It wasn't too difficult to install following the instructions but I am also mechanically inclined so perhaps that is a factor too.

2. Their customer service was outstanding. I mentioned to the team that the shipping cost to my country was a little high and if they had any other options for shipping. They just refunded the shipping cost for my order without even asking as a show of good faith. I was very surprised and really appreciated it.

The order was shipped internationally from Hong Kong and it took a few weeks to get to me but it came in good condition and was smooth sailing from there.

I would recommended the screen and company to anyone considering the upgrade. The screen was good but the customer service won me over enough to want to post a review of them.
