Notre transporteur indique qu'ils n'ont pas pu vous joindre pour effectuer le livraison, nous les avons relancé et indiqué que le délai était inacceptable. Tenez-nous au courant lorsque vous aurez reçu votre colis, nous ferons un geste commercial pour ce retard.

Awful customer service - careful about offers!
Bought a bed table yesterday while on sale, they advertised an extra 15% but I missed the box. I promptly sent a message to customer service which answered the next day explaining that the offer was now terminated and they wouldn't retroactively apply it on my order. Directly told them to then cancel my order, didn't yet receive a reply but they now shipped the item...
I feel cheated, won't buy from there anytime soon

Worst experience ever!
I’ve purchased a mirror and never received an email confirming my order, I don’t know then my order number and when I try to log in an error message tells me that there’s no account registered with my email address.
The worst is that the amount has already been taken from my account!
When I try to reach the customer care, an answering machine replies!
This is a total fraud !!!

Two lovely chairs
I like the two chairs very much as they are of a substantial size and lovely design, but am a bit disappointed in the quality of the felted material of which they are made. I had hoped that the felt would have been of a higher quality and therefore do plan to recover them with another fabric. Otherwise, the chairs are sturdy and rather comfortable.
Another serious issue is that I had specified that I would be away during the entire week that followed placing my order and therefore did NOT wish the chairs to be delivered until Tuesday, January 20th or later. Although I did receive a message asking me about a date, I was completely jet lagged and exhausted and didn't realize that the delivery date asked for was exactly several days before I returned. Therefore, the chairs were delivered at a most inconvenient moment on the 17th when I had to arrange for someone else to be present at the very last minute. I was very surprised that my instructions were completely ignored.
