Having looked at several different AC covers available in the UK and from around the world we decided to invest in a cover from DECOCLIM. Some of the reasons being they have had the covers tested to show that they are efficient to use, have a proven track record though out Europe which has a substantial amount of AC systems fitted compared to the UK which is still a relatively new market for home use, the style and build quality is second to none, technical information on the website is very clear and useful. But most importantly the service from the staff has been amazing nothing has been to much trouble in phone conversation and emails.
These covers are not cheap (and yes we in the UK have to pay import taxes which is the same for anything which is ordered from countries which we do not have a customs agreement with).
But you pay for what you get. An excellent well made product with amazing customer service and a long warranty. All this make this company well worth buying from.

Very unhappy. This company advertises in English, giving UK customers the impression that a purchase will be seamless. When calculating shipping, obviously the price is high, which is to be expected. Then an amount is added for customs fees - again annoying but understandable. However, they don’t make it clear that these fees are only for European taxes - UK fees are not covered. So before I can take delivery I have to pay an additional £52. This makes the item unaffordable; I would have been better buying a nicer item in the uk that I’d previously rejected on the basis of cost. When I raised it with the company they were unapologetic for the lack of transparency. Only buy if you’re prepared for a cost of at least £100 more than the stated price on the website. In my option, it wasn’t worth it.
