Decorcladdingcentre Reviews

I was let down by another company and saw this company online I was immediately offered online assistance chat and then received a phone call to help with my enquiries. I needed 2 bathroom panels at short notice and this was sorted and dealt with in a fast efficient manner by Harry I had not had a sample of the panels but hoped it would be the colour I wanted. When the panels arrived I was quite disappointed to see the colour was not as I had hoped, I contacted the company and cannot praise them enough for the fantastic customer experience. They arranged to swap the panels, Neil packed the panels up and I had the replacement the very next day. They have also arranged collection of the unused panels.
I cannot recommend this company enough and will not even bother looking elsewhere in future if I need a product that I can source from them.

Got wall cladding and vinyl click flooring from here, excellent quality and helpful staff, will definatly use again and recommend.

A WEEK ON AND STILL THIS COMPANY OWE ME A REFUND. NO ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE BY THEM TO PICK UP THEADHESIVE AND NO CONTACT MADE TO ARRANGE COLLECTION. NEXT STEP TRADING STANDARDS

Prior to placing my order their online help was brilliant. When I placed my order I got confirmation very quickly and was told delivery would be 3-5 days. I emailed the company to request that they deliver on Monday 13th February as I was taking the day off for another delivery as well and they confirmed that that would be achievable.
I called them on Monday morning and they advised me of the consignment number and the courier so I could chase this myself. I was told delivery would be between 2-3pm and at 2.15pm it arrived.
The only criticism I have it that their courier would not bring them into the house as it is their company policy not too, thankfully I am able bodies and was able to move these myself, the second was that the outer packaging was damaged by the courier when he took the parcels off his truck (I watched him hit his rear door with the end of the package) thank fully the items where well packaged and bubble wrapped inside the outer packaging.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and was really panicked when it arrived as I needed the panels for a customer. Thankfully I rang your office and was helped by the same gentleman that took my original order, Carl. I got replacement panels sent to me next day, I really appreciate the personal touch with this one Carl, THANK YOU!
