Choosing my engagement ring with Decoris Diamonds was a fantastic experience. They went above and beyond being available throughout the process answering both mine and my fiancés questions. The detail in which they explain everything is extremely helpful (and interesting). I had asked if it was possible to have my ring quicker than originally planned and the owner was able to bring it forward by a week whilst keeping me informed throughout.

On attending the venue, I was greated by the owner. He was proffesional. He did not push to buy. He took his time explaining the quality of the diamonds. I was well surprised with the price. The best customer service I've ever received. The owner is very kind and patient, he has fantastic knowledge of diamond and easily explained the 4 Cs in a way I can understand. He gave a lot of options and even explained which rings will go well together. I went to get an engagement ring and wedding band and he did not disappoint!

He breaks downs everything in a way you can understand and has always kept me up to date with the rings. They came in a reasonable time frame and the after care service offered is amazing. The whole process was smooth and stress free. The brother really makes the whole process enjoyable.

Exceptional service and lovely location. Myself and my partner had the best experience from the beginning all the way through to the end. Mursalin was very welcoming, professional and knowledgable. He explained each aspect of the 4Cs thoroughly and helped us create our dream rings - million times better than any jewellers we experienced at Hatton Garden!

Customer service was unmatched - quick responses and efficient which made the process effortless. Our rings came early and we were provided with updates throughout.

Myself and my partner purchased 3 rings from Decoris, my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. I can’t recommend them enough! We had a lovely experience with the team, they were patient as we tried on a few different styles and everything was explained clearly to us (as we have never purchased a diamond before!). I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mursalin who delivered the best quality service you would ever hope to have, his professionalism and passion are clear to see and the whole process was seamless as a result, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to do business with this absolute gentleman.

My experience from start to finish was brilliant. Initially contacted them on WhatsApp out of hours not expecting a reply but received one anyway. At last minute they arranged an appointment the same day for me and my wife to come and enquire. I had explained what my wife was looking for over WhatsApp and they clearly explained the two types of certification and worked around my budget without being misleading or dishonest the entire time. Once we arrived the accommodation was great and the knowledge they hold about their craft is 2nd to none and they thoroughly explained everything and also gave suggestions without being forceful and emphasises why certain styles may or may not work and also allowed my wife to see a whole load of diamonds without losing their patience. Genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough, the diamond ring shopping went so well I purchased my platinum diamond from them at a much better price and quality than your high street brands such as Ernest Jones etc. I will only ever suggest this place to anyone who asks and I personally will only ever come back here for future jewellery.
