The staff was very helpful in my purchase. The tub arrived very quickly and the outside of the tub wrapped well with a fabric and clear plastics.

After making a mistake on order, a quick phone call corrected the error and I reordered. When faucet arrived I was totally pleased with quality. The price was very good. Will definitely shop again with decorsuites

I'm keeping it, but was very disapointed. You showed nickel and brass faucet. I got one with no brass.

We received our tub w/faucet today and we're thrilled. It's beautiful and the price was very good. We wrote a previous review about not hearing anything since we ordered & had already been billed. It would be very good if the customer was notified when shipped & approx. delivery date. However, all's well that ends well!

I ordered a tub faucet and was sent the wrong one. I have notified the company and was told they would send the correct one next week. I truly hope they will keep their word because I have my contractor on hold waiting to complete my bathroom remodel. Also, the shipping packing was not the greatest as the faucet and some of the parts were ripped from their packaging; however, I was able to put them back together. Otherwise the faucet looked similar to the one online. I am hoping to the company will rectify this situation.

I did not receive any information emails as to the product has been shipped or arrival time. A huge information piece of information.
Studies have shown people get extremely frustrated not knowing when something will occur, a delivery, a train, a check arriving. However, when they are told the truth and informed them, even though it was an excessive amount of time, the study showed people were OK with the answer. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

This is my second purchase from DS, I went to pick up my faucet from their warehouse in chino. No complaints so far. It was quick and easy

I ordered a Kingston Brass shower faucet from DecorSuite.com. The cost and quality of the product were exceptional. The only area of discontent for me was the cost of the shipping. In order to ensure shipping within 5-7 days (not 2-3 days), the shipping cost was $35 which was more than a one-third the cost of the actual product. I have recommended DecorSuite to my plumber for other customers, but I did warn of the outrageous shipping fees.

For practically the last 8 months I have been talking to customer service about my order th 72" del ended pedal tub package with drain, water supply, faucet and hand held shower kit. I asked that when I eventually order it is this what will come. Answer has been yes with all of them.

Finally I ordered and paid the extra $190 for satin nickel hardware.

It came this past Friday to be installed in my new home for inspection to pass and all that came was the rub no hardware and an extension kit which have no clue what that is for and no install instructions.

Needless to say I won't pass inspection this Monday and will have to pay the plumber and to come out again if and when I get the hardware.

In the end it's how the ordering process goes and getting what you ordered. Not 90% of the time but 100% which will get you the word of mouth sales. If as much time and care was put into my order as the care was to get on trust pilot decors unite would have gotten a positive remark and the like on Facebook would have not been taken off.

I searched several sites for the best prices on fixtures for my vintage tub. By far DecorSuite offered the best. In fact, I found the same package at my local box store for more than $100 higher so I was very pleased to find the exact item on DécorSuite for so much less.

Ordered a 61" cast iron tub from these guys. The quality is superb. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to deliver
