After we'd agreed on the price of a quality used car & trade-in of my older car, the service experience was the clincher.

My dealings primarily throughout were with Adam at Deepcar Motors; his friendly, thorough & attentive service was a real credit to the business.

Bought a Seat Leon 2.0 FR 184 in July 2023 after viewing and a small test drive,
After driving the car and chatting with Adam I left a holding deposit and left the car with them to get a few small jobs and a MOT done. Adam also said they where getting the wheels refurbed and allowed me to choose my own colour as part of the sale, When i picked up the car to say i was impressed is a understatement, They had gone above and beyond what we agreed with all the jobs completed to a high standard, The MOT had a advisory on a front tyre which they replaced before i arrived, The car was absolutely perfect and the service i received was second to none with a friendly no pressure selling experience, Thankyou guys, It was great to find a honest garage who work hard to a high standard to give there customers the best possible deal, I highly recommend this Car dealer from the experience i had,

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS like I stupidly did. Bought a Daihatsu Terios in good faith in February 2023 with 12 months MOT. Taken it for a full service in July 2023 locally and been told now by two independent garages that it needs so much welding underneath there is no way the massive holes in the chassis and wheel arches could have appeared in the five months of my ownership with just local town driving, so how it got through that MOT, with not even an advisory note is anyone's guess. Other things wrong too, including a bodged together exhaust system. This business uses VICTORIA MOTORS STOCKSBRIDGE LTD for its MOT Certificates, you have been warned!!

I bought a car from Deepcar in January 2023. I did the transaction over the phone as I live over 100 miles from Sheffield, When I arrived the car had been prepared exactly as promised (including replacement cambelt and a full set of new tyres (more than they had promised!). They couldn't have been nicer to deal with, I drove away delighted. After a couple of weeks I noticed a problem with the electronic gearbox control, the subsequent diagnosis was an expensive repair (new mechatronic unit). After validating the problem, Deepcar honoured their dealer warranty and paid for the repair (which probably cost them more than their margin on the sale). This level of integrity is rare in the rough and tumble of the used car market. Dealers this trustworthy are rare indeed. They might be over 100 miles away but I will not hesitate to use them again and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
