Getting worse and worse. Desktop app is awful right now. Very slow.

Excellent tool in different languages and quite precise an analysis I need to improve my task.

I hope you have banned not only Russia but also Israel and USA? What I am saying - language is not something what belongs to you it belongs to nations and was long before you have written your code. But you are someone who restricts access to it. But it is also ok, since there are many other online even more powerful translators.
Blocked the region once, block it forever!

I have used DeepL for about 8 years now, I used it on and off depending on the work I have to complete.
I do like the fact that you can upload documents and the translation comes back in minutes. It saves me time and all I have to do is review and make my own changes to the projects.

I translate a range of texts into different languages: easily with DeepL. In addition to common European languages, languages with other scripts are also included - and can be used without any problems.

The quality of translations has been improving constantly, even for difficult themes, e.g. philosophical themes. Years ago, I did not believe that such progress is possible.

I usually use DeepL to translate things I need translated. From what I could notice the trabslation were always good and the web app/mobile app is easy to use

I cannot use it because there is no Croatian included and since I translate three languages in and from Croatian, it is useless for me and this is the only translation machine that doesn't support Croatian, but supports some other Slavic languages like Slovenian.

- can’t add a deposit up via API, and the API is quite expensive;
- the translation quality is sometimes worse than GPT 5.2;
- the best at translating files (PDF, Word, etc.).

Dear Sir / Madam, I use Deep L to correct my mistakes. I have a fairly good understanding of Spanish but my spelling for example needs a lot of attention, hence my use of Deep L. DL is good, no doubts about it, carry on your good work

I couldn't do without it since I moved to Spain 3 years ago without knowing the language. DeepL has helped me in all aspects of my life, from legal issues, health visits and just regular shopping. Fantastic!!

We used this program primarily to translate completed forms from Spanish to American English and English to Spanish. Worked surprisingly well and required very few corrections. I liked that it made translation suggestions based on the meaning of the text.

I’ve recently been in contact with several archives, web authors and foreign family members. I began with GT but found those messages not well received. I tried DeepL and the translations immediately just worked. We’ve been able to conduct rather lengthy conversations and my usage has been great

Additionally, I’ve been able to translate entire documents that I’ve produced to other languages very quickly using the keyboard shortcuts. I’ve found it to be brilliant and with every penny.

I subscribed to DeepL Pro specifically to translate complete books, exactly as advertised.
In practice, I was unable to translate even a single book.
This is not a minor limitation but a fundamental failure of the core feature that motivated the purchase. The product does not deliver what is promised, and the support/solution center is ineffective, providing no clear explanation, fix, or resolution.
What makes this especially disappointing is that billing works perfectly, while the advertised functionality does not. Charging users for a service that cannot be used as described is unacceptable.
My experience has been frustrating, time-wasting, and disappointing. Until DeepL delivers the features it promotes and offers competent customer support, I cannot recommend paying for this subscription.

I typically only write bad reviews simply because things should work the way customer service oriented businesses say they will and then don't.
But not with DeepL. This is a lifesaver app with multiple options to help you. If you need dependable and reliable translation services, DeepL is the way to go! Thanks DeepL!!!

I loved it and NEEDED it as I've moved to a country whose language I don't speak. The updated AI version is worse and I only signed up for the service once but didn't renew. Still, it's the best for higher end, professional translations for everyday business that I've found.
