I ordered a pair of shorts on June 10th. I never received any information about the package having arrived BUT did receive a mail that I haven't picked it up and it was shipped back. It reached the company on July 1st. According to the very slow answer from customer service, after 3 weeks the package "hasn't been registered" and who knows will they ever return the money. Also I'm
not going to approve refund excluding postage since they failed to inform about it completely (IF there ever was a package actually to pick up)

They stole 200+ euro , I returned two orders they didn't refund either ! Stay away , they don't respond to phone or email

I returned half of my order and paid for the other half. Two months later, the return still hasn't been confirmed, and I'm now being asked to pay for the returned items via Klarna. They also didn't send one of the items of clothing. They either don't respond at all, or they only respond with excuses when I call or email them. Don't order from this store.
Answer of their response: I already opened a case and tried to reach you in every possible way. Please follow up on the existing case.

My order was only partially fulfilled. Two articles got canceled from my order, I received the money, happens.

a third article, some jogging pants, arrived without problem.

Two other articles never came. Hermes said it was never boarded on a truck and will arrive late, now telling me the retour (?!) was handed over to def shop. I did not receive the articles over 33€ nor got my money back to this day, two months later.

The Customer Support did not care and completely misunderstood my inquiery.

Yes this is a rage review, but looking at the other reviews, I guess it is hit or miss if you get your ordered wares. If you like their pants, buy them via Zalando, to avoide shit service.

It took forever to receive my order. Only one item was right of the five! Now I’m two months further and still haven’t received my money back while they got their items back. I can see they received from the package number. Emails don’t get a reply. So def shop? Where’s my money?

Returned a long time ago (and adhered to their return policy) and never heard anything from it anymore, they rejected the return. They were negligent in processing the order and now I have to pay the Klarna invoice! I have proof they recieved the return almost 2 months ago. I would like to have a refund for my order dsnl-1008-2609844. Please look into this Def-shop.

Still no refund after nearly 2 months

I received my order but returned it in April. The return was received by DefShop on May 3rd, and despite multiple emails, all I get is the same response: they’re having issues with their warehouse.

It is completely unacceptable in 2025 to wait this long for a simple refund. Nearly two months later and still no resolution.

I absolutely do not recommend this store and will never order from them again.

I placed an order on DefShop May 28th with delivery expected by June 5th, today is 18th. The package never arrived, and I have received no response to my emails or Instagram messages.
Customer service is completely unresponsive.
If I don’t receive any update or a refund soon, I will report this as a commercial fraud to the relevant authorities.

I tried contacting Def-shop via telephone, no answer. Sent a email no answer until today. They just never replied to my mail about me receiving half of the products I ordered.

This company is a total mess! What a shame, they used to be a very good an reliable online shop.
My order arrived in two separate boxes at different times which caused some confusion in the beginning. Two items were missing completely from the order (I was just compensated for one).
I only kept a few items and returned most of the order in one box with the three provided return forms filled out.
However, I was not reimbursed for several weeks and after chasing their support I was told their was a problem with their return system. Yet another few weeks later I was reimbursed for only 3 items and told that this is what the system is showing. However, this is just a tiny fraction of what I returned.
After waiting all this time, they still didn't get it right and I don't have my money back.
Stay away from this company, it's either a total scam or they're absolutely incompetent.

I ordered 14 products, but they shipped the order in 3 separate parcels using different courier companies. I only received 2 of the parcels, and 5 items are still missing. One of the couriers claimed they couldn’t find my address and sent the package back.

It’s been over two weeks now, and I’ve been trying to get a response — but no one replies on the phone, WhatsApp, or email. Completely unprofessional. I just want the missing items I paid for or at least someone to take responsibility.

I placed three orders with this company on April 3, 2025 (Order #1010-2276590 and #1010-2271746) and had to request refunds shortly afterward. Their website was not functioning properly at the time—it showed an error during checkout, so I didn’t realize the first order had gone through. As a result, I accidentally placed multiple orders.

I received a refund for only one of the orders. Despite following up repeatedly over three months, I’m still waiting for the rest of my money.

Every time I contacted customer service, I was told there was a “system issue.” While I understand that technical problems can happen, three months of vague excuses without resolution is unacceptable. This points to either serious internal disorganization or a complete disregard for customer service.

At this point, it feels like the company is intentionally stalling. I’ve been more than patient, but the lack of progress is incredibly frustrating. I strongly caution others against shopping here—their after-sales support is non-existent, and they seem either unwilling or unable to handle basic refund requests.

Avoid Defshop company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I placed an order with DefShop on April 13, 2025 for five items worth €117.89 (Order number: DSDE-1001-2499587, Customer number: 7684291). I returned all the items because I didn’t like them, and until now, I haven’t received my refund.

I contacted their customer service via email, WhatsApp, and even called but got absolutely no response. It feels like they are completely ignoring me.

This kind of behavior is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and feel scammed. I strongly warn others to stay away from DefShop.

If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will take legal action. I will do everything I can to get my money back.

the company is 100% scam, i ordered some clothes almost 3 months ago and sent them back since they also bragged about their free refund policy. After sending back all the items, i got the information by dhl that all my items were delivered back to them, but i still didn't get my money back. I never got an answer nor my money. absolute scam, i would never buy again and i advise to everyone else to NOT buy from this corrupt company

Had ordered birthday present for my nephew but unfortunately it did not fit.
So I send it back. And ordered again!
The Retoure is definitely there but sadly no one has acknowledged or answered my messages. So my money is gone.
Don't order anything there in case you think it fits!

Returning an order, either partially or fully, has been made completely impossible. Return documents are no longer automatically included with your order. Customer service will not respond for weeks, and when you finally receive a reply, it will either be an automated message or a generic response. The page for ordering return documents does not work — at least in my case, it did not accept my order number.

Therefore, do not place an order unless you are prepared to keep the products. There is nothing wrong with the products themselves, but the customer service is an absolute disaster.

Never. Ever. Def Shop is a low performer for customer services. A lot of time Invest for retouring some orders. Have not the competence to handle the situation for satisfied customers.
