Some time ago I ordered a second-hand wheel at Van Deijne (The Volkel, NL) through 'Onderdelenlijn.nl'. Somehow I received a completely different wheel than the one I had ordered. Upon contacting Van Deijne, I was informed that the wheel I was meant to have received was no longer available and that I would have to return this wheel at my own expense if I wanted a refund... As for the refund, I noticed it was 17 Euro short. Apparently, Van Deijne had taken the liberty of subtracting their own shipping costs. Only after I complained was this rectified. At Van Deijne the customer has to deal with the inconvenience and costs of returning an item even if the error ensued entirely due to their own negligence...
