My order was only partly fulfilled
My order was only partly fulfilled. Some items couldn’t be sent. Instead of providing a refund of the items they couldn’t send, they gave a voucher code refund which I’m forced to spend in their shop on a future item. That is completely unethical- if you pay for an item and the company can’t fulfill the order they should refund the difference back to the credit card you pay from.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by your company. The delivery times are excessively long, and I am still waiting for a response regarding two orders that are now over a month delayed. Additionally, I placed an order which was sent incorrectly; I reordered the same item, and once again, the wrong shoes were delivered.
Communication has been extremely poor, with little to no response from your side. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and based on this, I cannot recommend purchasing from your company.

First order with this site
I placed an order with several items on this website, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing so far.
The order was split into multiple shipments, and although delivery was originally expected last week, only one item out of seven has arrived so far. Unfortunately, the item that did arrive appears to have a quality issue.
I contacted customer service by email immediately and provided photos and videos of the problem. However, I did not receive a response until I called the hotline myself, which made communication quite difficult. I was then informed that my email had been received but the attachments were missing, so I sent everything again via WhatsApp. Since then, I have still not received a reply.
At this moment, I cannot recommend this website based on my current experience. However, I sincerely hope that after this feedback, the company will review my case and improve their response and service.
