If I could give a higher score I would! Love this company everything is legit and packaged with care, never received anything missing or broken.
My only complaint is that I wish they restocked certain items more. Over all great experiences with them and I'll continue buying from here.

I have ordered from this site many times and they have never disappointed me once. Every product was perfect exactly how it was displayed. There was only one time I was given the wrong product but returning it and getting what I wanted was a quick process. Quick shipping, heavily reliable and the prices aren’t too bad.

Dekai is my go-to for all my anime figure and collector needs. Customer support has always been helpful and courteous. Items have always arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

ordered some figures late on a friday.
figures arrived on tuesday and where well packaged.
prices on the figures where really good.

website could be easier to use. for example if you already know what are looking for its no problem, but searching for multiple series or brands is difficult as it reloads the page.

I only order my figures from here - they are the best company. Prices are good, quality is amazing and the delivery and packaging is secure and fast! Never had an issue.

I honestly can’t rate Dekai high enough, I’ve bought from them a few times now and they’ve become by far my favourite website to buy anime figures. Not only do they dispatch and deliver very quickly, I’ve had stuff arrive within 2 days of ordering quite a few times, but their prices are excellent too, far cheaper then most other UK sellers and they have sales very frequently so you can get stuff even cheaper. If your looking to expand your collection then I can’t recommend anywhere better then Dekai.

My second time ordering from here for gifts for a friend. The prices are fantastic in my opinion and delivery has been really secure both times that I've ordered. I like that Klarna is a payment option. The rubber keychains and mini figurines are great prices.
