Paid for a duvet for my son's birthday but it never arrived. The number rings out and no-one replies to emails or DM's.
I got my money back via PayPal.

SCAM WEBSITE
ordered a duvet set I received order confirmation but nothing else after a week I tried emailing them but no luck I got a auto response to say their inbox is to full to receive emails so tried to call them several times no answer so please AVOID!! Luckily I paid via PayPal so was able to get a refund through them

Wow, appalling customer service, totally unbelievable. Quality of items bought were really good but unfortunately the first time I purchased from them, delivery was so long. They never replied to any emails but eventually items arrived, incorrect but not a problem really. This time I ordered the same thing but in a size they never had in stock last time, it arrived but the colour was totally different from previous items, stated colour and picture on their website. Emailed with no reply, returned, no refund. After numerous emails and telephone calls have started procedure to recover my money. They are just awful but as said quality of goods was brilliant but won’t use again.

Avoid.... ordered item had email it was on its way ..2 weeks later 5 messages sent no response !

Order through Amazon duvet but made an error buying wrong size. Ordered the correct size so that when the first order arrived immediately arranged return without opening cost £6.80. The refund never came through so I telephoned De Lavish and after quite a long phone call checking the details assured a refund would come through Amazon. It never came through and being a senior citizen with a meagre pension I could not afford to loose £11,99 as it had already cost me the return postage of £6.80. De Lavish stated that they had never received the return package despite advising me on the telephone a refund would be sent. After several deliberations with Amazon / De Lavish I have finally got my refund. I could have done without the stress however I will say thank you

Placed an order weeks ago. Out of the blue got part refund without being told why. Then when I finally got through via email they said only one of my chosen items was in stock. However after another week still no delivery.
