Do Not Order Anything

We had an email about the Only Fools and Horses Watch. We pre-ordered at a cost of £405.99 and received order confirmation. We decided to cancel the order, it was a luxury we couldn’t afford at the moment. We received the cancellation email stating we would receive the money back into the account within 3-5 days - Nothing arrived. We emailed asking where the money is and we were fobbed off with “its all been processed their end”.
It’s been 12 days since the original cancellation, we’ve gone to small claims court and this company will pay the fee.

Again, do not order from them.

Shocking yet again does this shop send…

Shocking yet again does this shop send out wrong items not sure if the owner just trying to pull a fast one and rip off people or if its genuine error but this is now 3rd time its happened to me in my last 6 orders so not very good service here only aprox 50% succes rate getting orders correct id say maybe time to give it up that a very high percentage of mistakes and maybe becoming liability

ITEM NOT RECEIVED/POOR COMMUNICATION.

I have received an email to say the item has been dispatched via tracked 48 on 03/12/2025 but have still not received it. I've tried to contact the seller more than one way with no response. Disappointed.

Great company

After making two purchases for Christmas gifts one purchase being pre order. Then seeing reviews I was concerned, as after 3 days hadn't received any sort of tracking. I emailed the company and Jerry replied straight away. Give me full tracking and received next day. my pre order was with me couple of days later as Jerry had said it would be. Totally 5 stars all received ready for Christmas and communication brilliant 👏

Dishonest and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a travel mug for a Christmas gift the week before Christmas and unfortunately chose this shop because it was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

The first issue was that I paid for a tracked item and I never got a tracking number. I overlooked that because it did arrive in time for Christmas.

Less than 2 weeks later, the person who received the gift told me it was leaking. I filled out the form on the website and asked what my options were. I wasn’t super persistent as I gave birth the next day, but I received no response. So I tried again a few days later and again, received no response. I finally mentioned the bad reviews here and suddenly got a response saying they hadn’t received the previous enquiries and that I should always email them directly (no email is listed on the site and I only see an email now that I’m writing them a review and it’s listed here on trust pilot instead of their own site—though it now seems he has updated the site to include an email).

I accidentally deleted my correspondence with the receipt, and originally the owner claimed they didn’t have a record of it. I mentioned I owned an online shop and had a record of every customer’s purchase and magically he found it.

He told me that even though I had initiated contact within the return window, since he claims he didn’t received an inquiry until after the return window, it was now outside of the 30 days. He also claims he cannot guarantee a mug indefinitely—even though I’m not sure it was used prior to the leak being discovered. He acts like we are trying to return this after a year or more of use.

I have emailed him twice to make these points, but he seems to believe the case is closed and he has no further responsibilities toward us.

AVOID THIS SHOP. You can get the same items elsewhere with guarantees like Amazon or other OFAH merchants that actually have some integrity. It’s also law that refunds must be granted in a certain period (which I know from my own shop), and faulty items must be eligible for a refund or replacement within a 6 month period as per the government’s website. I guess this shop owner is above the law.

Takes money but no products

Very poor bought of number of items due for release 9th Oct paid early sep now 13th Oct and still not even been dispatched they had my money for nearly a month normally when you buy something on other sites you receive on release date or even earlier very poor service no update nothing

Terrible dont buy

Terrible dont buy! Bought only fools lap tray,put a plate on it 4 corners came unglued and polystyrene balls exploded everywhere!these things happen,but it was the customer service is non existent,no phone number,filled 4 contact forms online and 6 emails,totally ignored me,got in touch with paypal opened a dispute,he answered them straight away said he wanted it sent bk with polystyrene balls,postage at my expense.Ebay offered me a voucher to use on paypal site which I took,seemed only option I had.They are ok if theres nothing wrong but if you have a problem forget it.Avoid unless you want a major headache!!!!!
