Bad customer service - Update

Update:
Delfin customer service contacted us and sent new pillow case at same day.
Appricate their help.

We bought a Tempur pillow on mid of Jun.
And it has a dirty spot on one of side of the pillow.
I sent mail to claim a replacement but they called my husband to provide more photos. I e-mail more photos on 25 or 26 Jun. Until now, we did not get any feedback from them. It is really not a good customer service.

kære Wei Ju Tu, det du skriver er ganske simpelt ikke korrekt, jeg talte med din mand i går, og sagde vi beklagede fejlen, at et pudebetrækket bliver snavset under transport, og jeg ville sørge for der kom 2 nye betræk, direkte fra fabrikken, uden beregning. I øvrigt er vi midt i en ferieperiode, hvor ting nogen gange kan tage lidt længere tid. m.v.h. R. Andersen

I visited for the first time in…

I visited for the first time in November last year when I needed a new mattress after having been to MANY stores and came back to Delfin because Sema was so helpful and willing to give time and attention to help us find the right fit. We did and we are so happy with our choice. We'll be back soon for some good pillows :);)

Excellent service and good products

I definitely recommend Delfinseng from Holmbladsgade if you need to buy a new bed or change the old one.
Sema is the person you should look for. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right bed. There are many different types of beds and it's easy to find the correct one when you have Sema.
Delivery was made as promised with no delay.
