Used this app while i was doing multi drop but forgot to cancel until the day next payment was due. Cancelled on the day but they still took the money. Tbey are just a bunch of thieves as emailed them on same day to be told should have cancelled before so tough. They are a bunch of thieves and as for the app it aint that good you are better off using PostTag which is a free app
Have used this app for several years. It takes you to the exact address you’re looking for which is great if its a house name you need to find.

I subscribed to delm8 for when I was looking for hard to find locations on a daily basis. I thought it was a one off payment for a year. I stopped needing it for work as I changed my job and considering you have to pay for it, it's not that good. There is google and free apps out there that are just as good if not better. There were times when it couldn't find an address and I had to use other methods. What really got me about the company was when I noticed a payment pending in my account. I phoned up and tried to stop it and said I want to cancel. They took my money which was fair enough but they wouldn't return it and said it's a subscription and that I was responsible for cancelling it and I cancelled too late which was by one day, the same day they were taking the money out. Maybe I should have looked into it more as I just deleted the app and forgot about it but I think it's a bit of bad customer service and daylight robbery not to refund my money for a service that I haven't used and cancelled on the day. They as good as said tough sh8 your not getting your money back. Avoid this app at all cost, as I said, they not even that good especially for £40 a year.
I didn't want to renew and cus I missed the cancellation date by 2 days I'm being charged a full year and delm8 refuse to refund all or any part of the year subscription.a curtisy e mail to inform that renewal was imminent would be a good customer relations policy.
