Timely communication and delivery

Awful experience, very low morals!!
I had an order being delivered by Delnext, and it was supposed to arrive on a Friday, got a notification on the delivery day saying that the address was incorrect and asking to verify, after verifying it was correct, asked the person who was receiving it for me if anyone rang the doorbell during the whole day and I was told that no one came! The same notification asking to verify the address also asked to choose a new delivery day which I chose, Delnext took that information and still decided to delivery it one day before when it wasn’t expected to come. I was lucky that they came by the end of the day, but the delivery guy rang the bell, knocked on the door two times really hard, and by the time I was opening the door he was already on his car ready to go, this was a matter of seconds from the knock on the door to me opening the door, he only delivered the package because I was fast enough to open the door, so be aware that they don't actually wait or even call you in advance to know if there's someone available to receive the package. This is the type of people they have working for them, or they are just instructed to be as fast as they can be and do not deliver your package!

Very good communication regarding delivery, and polite driver.

My experience has been TERRIBLE.
I requested and paid for a return shipment, but after 3 weeks no collection was made. When I contacted customer support, they claimed the package had already been collected — which is simply not true.
Due to the lack of collection and responses from Delnext, the return deadline for the product has now expired.
Since then, I have been waiting for a refund that never arrives, with no response to my emails.
A DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

My 2nd order already and very happy with the speedy service and delivery.

The client service is inexisting.
The parcel should have been delivered 1 week ago, an incident happened, and since then, I am unable to reach out to anybody (email, chatbot).
The situations is extremely stressing, because of the absence of answer!

Super one day delivery of my via verse transponder. Ordered on Monday, delivered Tuesday midday.

Only improvement , to have a time window for the delivery within the day or real time tracking of the delivery.

Created an Account to send a Parcel to Spain from Portugal.
Filled in my details and the Address etc of the company in Spain, paid via PayPal for the order.
The account showed that DELNEXT were Processing the order in my account, NO parcel label arrived by email that day.
The next day all the information on my order had disappeared from my account.
Wrote 4 / 5 emails to the customer services and each time they said they need the Tracking Number, but there was no info to give them, totally useless and unhelpful.
Now I have been Refunded by PayPal who immediately responded to our situation , thank you PayPal.
I would never use or recommend DELNEXT unless you need a lot of hassle, rubbish service.

Even if something goes wrong. They must answer. But they never answer

I was very impressed when they collected my 4 parcels on time, however they only delivered 1 of the 4 boxes, I have tried to call them NO answer I have emailed them NO response. Still waiting. Very Bad service
