Questionable Quality
Ordering and delivery were easy and done as expected. The quality of the checks I ordered has declined significantly since my last order. The yellow safety checks look like cheap junk I printed myself.
I order from Deluxe because the checks always looked professional. I might as well order cheap aftermarket checks from now on.

Business Checks
I had to order checks for our business in an emergency. Paid $70.00 extra for one day shipping. After 6 days I called in and the lady I spoke with said that time was for the shipping NOT the printing, which made sense. I wasn't overly upset but asked her if she could give me a better estimate on when checks would be shipped out and she basically said she couldn't help me with that and it would be in when it's done. Very non concerned customer service and no help. I was not impressed.

Envelope Reorder
I requested a reorder of business envelope. The first set that was sent was missing forwarding instructions. The second set that was sent had a different font and spacing from the original order. If it is a reorder it should be the exact same product as the initial order. For some reason you failed to do so.

We waited over a month for our order
We waited over a month for our order! We have never dealt with this using Deluxe checks. Our company has been ordering with Deluxe for many years and have spent thousands of dollars on orders... however, we will no longer be ordering with Deluxe. I found similar checks on Amazon, which is unfortunate because we always prefer to work with smaller companies and not have to rely on larger shopping retailers.
