Very poor customer support
No update on the order also no reply from the support.

Total scam, my wife ordered 2 pairs of Hokas for my birthday. Never arrived, phone number does not exist.

Husband ordered hokas and so far nothing. Scam alert. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Hard lesson to learn. Money wasted. If I could put less then one star I would.

OMG. How is this store in business. I need to follow up on what is going on and how Great Britain is allowing this company to stay in business. I ordered 2 pairs of ASICS shoes and they never arrived. The number on the website just rings out. And they do not return my email.

I ordered a pair of trainers and they have never arrived. When I asked for a refund I was fobbed off about high volume of orders and inventory processing, which may cause slight delays. Their phone number doesn't work. Do not use this company or you will loose your money

They are a complete scam! I ordered Hoka’s a month ago, and still have not received them. I am planning on returning them and can only imagine the hassles I will encounter.

Scam avoid, took over a month to arrive, very poor quality materials and stitching, I ordered size M, the waist on the dress actually measured 11 inches/27cm. Lots of emails back and forth they are asking lots of questions and wanting photos. One week later I am still waiting to see if I can return the dress for a refund.

Stay clear!!! A conduit for fake goods. Ordered Hoka running shoes. They took best part of a month to arrive. Open packaging and voila a pair of counterfeit running shoes. Now seeking to get my money back. Spare yourself the pain. Do not buy form these people. They operate from a wee clothing shop on a street somewhere in Birmingham. The website is simply a ‘front’.

After exchange of quite a few emails, this company has now decided to honour the return refund policy, they initially wanted me to have a replacement when I quoted their return policy on each email sent they advised I was responsible for the return to China although no mention of china on the website and refund policy stated a return label would be issued.

Refund Return policy states the following although I had to exchange numerous mails in order for them to adhere to it.

When I requested a return they bombarded me with emails and stated that I have to send to CHINA and pay for the postage!!!!!

Do think before you use this company.

Absolutely awful. Paid £50 for a dress which has turned up looking nothing like how it was advertised. I’ve been asking how to get a refund and exchangers and gift vouchers for the same shop are being offered. Complete scam. Dont know waste your money

Ordered a retro brown corduroy jacket which looked great on the website. What I received was basically an unlined thin shirt. The fabric is so thin you can see light through it. So, it seems I paid £58.00 for a shirt made from a worn out dish cloth. An utterly shocking piece of rubbish. How can people get away with this?

Just bought an item advertised as tracksuit set it arrived and looks nothing like advertised. It’s polyester so clearly not suitable for active wear as material not absorbent. The trouser has no draw strings as advertised and the so called jacket which is actually a blouse has no zip as described. It’s clearly been sawn at the back of someone’s house. Despite the company being registered in Birmingham UK it was actually shipped from abroad as the tracking shows custom clearance into uk. This company needs investigating as misleading customers. I am waiting to see if they refund me my money before taking it further. I have asked and so far I am getting the run around with emails back and forth.

Nearly three weeks and no sign of order. No reply to email or answer to the phone number. Avoid this company.

Daughter bought an Essentials Fear of God jumper. Turned up and was the worst fake ever. Asked for a refund for the fake item and was informed it doesn’t state it’s a genuine item and only offered 35% refund. Would not recommend at all

Average quality for high price.

Purchased this company's garden hose from Amazon. Took immaculate care of it and in less than 2 years product is leaking and unusable. Used Amazon to mediate a resolution such as a repair or replacement and was denied. Products like this are NOT meant to be purchased every year, they should last with proper care. I wouldn't trust any product from this company who doesn't stand by their products.
