Quality, Price and Service was Exceptional!

The quality of the merchandise along with the price was exceptional. The customer service also was exemplary even given the need for an exchange. Thank you Allesandro for your proactive communications and coordination. I would definitely purchase from DeMarchi again.

Top Notch Gloves

Treated myself to a pair of cycling gloves from DeMarchi, and loved them so much I purchased 2 more. Cannot beat the level of craftsmanship - high quality leather and well constructed at that. Items arrived as expected, on time, and well packaged. Would purchase again

Disappointed in women's tights

I have bought many garments from De Marchi and in general they have been great. Well-designed and well-made and I like buying things that are made in Italy. My winter bib tights are really warm. So I was very disappointed when I bought some for my wife and they turned out not to be tights at all but 3/4 length, ie they stop at the calf. We're keeping them because it's not worth shipping them back from the US but it's a disappointment.

I bought few De Marchi products and…

I bought few De Marchi products last year and they are all phenomenal quality and beautiful design. They stood the test of frequent wear, tear and washing cycles extremely well. Particularly their range of sport merino wool jerseys is extremely comfortable, soft and practical. Their packaging is exquisite and include nice cycling images of various Alpine passes in Italy. Classic Designs In The Best Fabrics

the general appeal of the fabric and styling were important factors for me. minimalist approach to logo and branding displays on the kit matter. how about the subdued color selections, eh!

Long Sleeve Top Does not Last

Purchased a long sleeve top 2 years and 7 days ago. I have worn it a handful of times and washed as per the intructions.
After the first wash it started to bobble and has only got worse.
I have continued to wear the jersey but decided to check the warranty on Sunday after feeling hard done to for the money.
The company acknowledge the fault but have pointed out I am 7 days outside the warranty. They have offered 30% off a short sleeve top as compensation.
My review is 1 star as for the price and the fact of hardly wearing the item feel it’s a rip off. Aside that had I worn it more would it still be right to only last 2 years???

Elastic issues with my 2 Perfecto shorts

I had elastic issues with my 2 Perfecto shorts. After a little more than a year of occasional use, the elastics on the legs became completely loose so that I can no longer wear these shorts. De Marchi said this was due to poor maintenance (excessive heat) but I always wash my cycling gear at 30° and simply hang them for drying (no dryer or heater). Very disappointing.

De Marchi respond and regain my trust and loyalty.

On the 1st March 2024 I wrote a review awarding De Marchi one star regarding some bib shorts that I was disappointed with. To my surprise the company reached out and immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It has totally restored my faith in the company and regained my loyalty knowing that they will fix a problem.

Recently had a washing issue with a jersey. It was replaced without discussions and I could keep my old one as well. I got new care instructions and I was not blamed of not taking care of it the right way. Alessandro was very helpful and responsive. This is not customer service this is customer happiness!

Excellent quality, fabulous customer service

I've been a big fan of the brand for a long time because I think the products are very well thought out and functional. The jerseys also look great, are of outstanding quality and have an excellent fit. But what has particularly impressed me is the personalised customer service. I had a few difficulties with the fit of leg warmers, which are generally a bit tricky to choose the right size for. But with a lot of advice and patience from customer service, the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. I had ordered the right size, I was just wearing them wrong. But the customer service found out by asking the right questions and followed up on their own initiative to see what else they could do. That is not at all a matter of course. I can only recommend De Marchi without a doubt.

Some of the best customer service I've…

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced...and high-quality gear as well.

Alessandro went out of his way to be incredibly accommodating when I was trying to return/exchange a vest. I've never had a vendor offer to have FedEx pick-up my return at my office...which is about as convenient as possible. Amazing. He was also gracious enough to allow a delay in my return/exchange processing due to an unexpected family emergency. And...to top it off, he noticed that I had ordered some new clothing so he took the initiative to add the replacement vest to that order, without any prompting from me. I work in the commercial real estate service industry and this is exactly the level of high-touch/bespoke attention to detail that we provide our customers. Molto bene!

I'd also recommend the Fuoristrada Bib Short; they are amazing and perfect for really long rides (as described on their website). Quality of construction, fit and performance are all top notch. Highly recommend them!

DeMarchi is my new favorite bike clothing outfitter (and vendor overall). I'm a customer for life!
