purchased 4 tyres less than 1 year ago…
purchased 4 tyres less than 1 year ago and under 1000 miles the front 2 are illegal. For me to get any part refund I would have to put in warranty claim and send back tyres, which after sending requested pictures showing the issue, is I feel unacceptable to a public purchaser. Don't buy tyres online unless if you have a problem you are happy to go through a long warranty process. I will never purchase tyres online again.

Items ruined due to inadequate protection
Items sent in a cardboard container. Left by Royal Mail with no note round the back of our house in the rain. Scruntineering stickers now useless as they are not placed in a poly pocket or similar. Also the magnetic roundals have a bar code sticker on the front which are hard to remove. Following my previous 2 star review I have been contact immediately via phone and email by customer services. The stickers have been send out again and they have offered to split the difference on a glue remover to get the sticker off the roundals. Good job.

Realistic pricing
I bought some engine oil for my Kawasaki and found Millers oil for sale on demon Tweeks site. Normally when searching oils the more mainstream brands are listed first and are more expensive so I tend to stick with these. As my bike is 38 years old I do not need very expensive oil just good oil. When Millers oil appeared I was pleasantly surprised at the price and as the oil is British and the correct spec this fitted my needs. Very pleased with my purchase.
