That’s how a company does it! Excellent!
We originally purchased the boots through another company, but after weeks of being messed around, they never arrived. With a huge race only days away, panic was definitely setting in!
We thought Demon Tweeks would be our rescue — but then the courier company decided to play games too! We called Demon Tweeks, and the lovely lady who answered straight away couldn't have been more helpful. We explained our situation, and she genuinely came to the rescue!
Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you for making what was becoming a very stressful situation so easy and straightforward. We certainly won't be slipping off again!
