Needed plates urgently, realised they were not going to arrive on time and then asked to cancel the order when they hadn’t done a thing yet. They charged me 25% of the original order value to process my refund. Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them

I placed an order with these guys and realised my error. Within 10 mins I tried to cancel the order and they refused and said they don't do refunds. I complained and they eventually agreed to refund the money but said they would not refund in full. They charged me £5 for the fact they had to process a refund. I spoke to them and the person I spoke with was rude and very unhelpful. Personally I wouldn't trust this company and I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with them and especially send them personal information. If you chooses to use them I wish you the best of luck

I wanted to write this review as after I put my order through for a replacement UK registration number plate I read all the negative reviews and I was worried I had made a mistake ordering from this company. I couldn’t of been more wrong and I’m so glad I didn’t read the reviews first!
My plate arrived today and I am genuinely very pleased with the quality of the plate itself. I ordered a standard size plate with a Jaguar surround and they both look robust, professionally finished, and the characters are perfectly spaced and crisp with an acrylic finish. It looks completely compliant and exactly as it should on the car. I would say though that I thought they had sent me a bad number plate at first because the white background had a greenish tone to it but after 5 minutes of looking at it and contemplating getting in touch with the company I realised it was a protective film covering the plate. Once I was able to peel it off (not easy at first) it looked exactly how a UK compliant number plate should look.
For anyone who is browsing and feeling discouraged by poor reviews, please use my experience as a positive counterpoint. The product is top-notch, the price was fair, and the plate arrived 24 hours later (I paid for next day special delivery)
I definitely recommend this company!

Bought plates from this company a few years back and was over the moon with them, recently decided to get a new updated set with the same reg, badge and colour as b4 but the quality has went down hill as the colour for the badge and surround was really faded compared to which was on my old plates plus the last 2 letters on the reg on both plates are sitting a bit higher up than the rest, also the lettering is sitting more to the right side of the plates now aswell so can't screw them into the original holes without drilling them though the lettering which I don't want to do as i don't trust using the sticky pads alone, so looks like I've now wasted £62.99 on plates that I can't use.

¡Poor quality! They arrived scratched and had bubbles all over so they wouldn’t pass an MOT. They haven’t replied to any of my emails trying to get these replaced.

Very fast dispatch and once received, the quality of the plates were top class. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!!!

Demonplates was recommended by family, I ordered on Friday and the plates were sent out Monday morning arrived Wednesday, was really happy with the plates and service provided and will only be using these guys in the future many thanks

VERY POOR quality plates, I had two orders (front and rear on two cars) and on both orders the lettering has faded drastically to a blotchy grey colour and the back of the plate is pealing after only a couple of months. Save yourself the pain and order from somewhere else.

Fantastic experience with Demon plates. Extremely helpful & responsive on email answering a query I had - ordering process super easy too. I bought two EV number plates for me and my partner and we are both happy. We also had a query, which was dealt with quickly, and they were dispatched immediately.

Needed new private plates - website very easy to navigate and to create your own plate. Step by step instructions easy to understand. Had a query that was answered within minutes and once order confirmed, plates were with me 2 days later.

Waited a week .had to email they had lost order .when plate came .was.nt what i ordered after many emails .was told no refunds or replacement .so i.m stuck with plate that do.snt match and £45 out of pocket......AVOID ....

Excellent service. Being a novice to private plates, I wasn't sure of the exact procedure. Demonplates allowed me to email confirmation of my registration purchase from DVLA and the plates were with me two days later.

No problems with customer service, error on delivery but that was speedily corrected and the plates were first rate.

The online design tool selection for 'legal plates' was used in the order process for 4x4 plates - what was received were illegal designs. When I requested that this be rectified they advised to 'click' legal plates ON A NEW ORDER. This was already done on the original order, when i resubmitted clicking 'legal plates' their system still designed illegal plates with 2 of the last three letters of the reg number printed in the wrong position. Having refused to resolve this by sending out a replacement rear plate we have now resorted to using Visa to reclaim all payments.

Terrible company, rude and unhelpful staff. Do not order here, better alternatives elsewhere.

Ordered plates Sunday 23rd January 2025, immediate email response confirming details. I emailed required documentation on the Monday, again immediate response confirmation. Plates arrived Wednesday 26th and they are superb. What else can you ask for. Great service 5*

Extremely disappointed in this company. Have used them numerous times before so automatically wrnt back to them. Placed an order online and subsequently tried to submit documentation required via email. The email constantly 'queued' so tried 3 alternative email addresses to send. Stil no luck so called and was given 2 alternative emails to send. Nothing worked so called again. Person was incredibly unhelpful and rude telling us we needed to email the manager..... ?!?! Eventually we were given a mobile number to send the documents to. Plates finally arrived. Plates of standard quality but customer service appalling. Shame, but certainly won't recommend again!

Very good communication, both email and by phone. My plates arrived very quickly after placing the order and quality of finish is high. As a non standard (but road legal) size, I needed a little more support than I would normally need, as the cost was a little more and I needed to be 100% certain everything was as I needed.
