this company is a scam, 0 stars would be more appropriate. Almost a month after I placed my order I sent them an email receiving a poor excuse that they were a slow fashion brand (right)… after month than a month: nothing, I send them another mail, no responses. Item arrived (thankfully?) in wrong size and in AWFUL cheap material, and did not look like the picture at all (for example: the sleeves were supposed to be loose but were super tight..?)
I could never track my item, customer service was awful and product was awful.
bottom line… don’t buy from them

I just ordered 2 montha ago and I didnt get the product they dont do anything to solve it , its scam

I was thinking about buying from this "brand" for some time. One shirt caught my eye so I ordered it. After about a week I sent them an email asking when are they going to ship it. They replied the next day reminding me they're a slow fashion brand and that it might take them longer to produce the item. After another week I recieved an email with a tracking number. But the tracking didn't show any updates during the next 7 days so I was wondering what's going on. So I sent them another email asking about the current status of the shipment but this time without any answer. I waited another week and sent a reminder email still having the same problem. The next day the tracking suddenly started working and showed all the updates all at once saying the package will be delivered on the same day. I got a reply from the "brand" after I picked up the package.

And here comes the disappointment. I recieved a shirt which was black instead of grey with a different brand's label. The quality is questionable with chinese all over the tags without any sign of another language. It also came with a horrible smell. The only thing that matches the picture is the cut and size...

The quality of the shirt seems pretty good to me but I don't think it's good enough to justify the price.

I now understand the label which is sewn onto the shirt. Denim Jun isn't it's own brand instead it's just a reseller of a brand called Slight Vogue. The name of this brand is mentioned only slightly in their Instagram bio and nowhere else. So because of this I thought I was buying original Denim Jun clothing but I wasn't.

Am very suspicious about this company. My son purchased a pair of pants in 2024 and loved them, so I decided to order another pair plus a few other items in total €287,70 EUR on 22 March 2025.
I received a tracking number but it did not work. I Contacted them several times and it is now late May. No answer from them and I am very nervous I have lost my money and no items will ever arrive. It is so difficult as looked like a genuine store and as my son had ordered before believed it ok. Suspect too they are not legit.

I ordered my trousers, and after more than a month, I received a message saying they had been delivered — but in the end, nothing arrived. I contacted them, and they promised to send a new pair, then went completely silent. I sent several follow-up messages, but never got a response. Now I’m left with a €90 expense and nothing to show for it.

I’ve had the worst shopping experience ever with this company. I bought two pairs of pants separately and asked if they could be shipped together. I contacted them two weeks before the items were shipped, but still had to wait a long time just to receive a tracking number—which I had to request myself.

After waiting about a month, I finally received one pair of pants. I wrote to them several times asking about the second pair. First, they told me it had been shipped. A week later, they said it was still in production. When I asked for a refund, they suddenly claimed they could ship it right away, and I agreed.

However, when I asked for the new tracking info, they didn’t respond for another two weeks despite multiple messages from me. Eventually, they said the item still hadn’t been sent and that I’d receive a refund at the beginning of the following week. It’s now the beginning of that week—and I still haven’t received the refund.

To make matters worse, the one pair I did receive was poorly stitched, had no branding on it, and looked like something that could be found on other websites—suggesting they’re just reselling cheap items. This entire experience has been a frustrating back-and-forth for over a month.
