❌⛔️i purchased a replica around 8 months ago and had a query about how about reselling as I no longer wanted the replica. I ring Denix this morning and was polite as I normally am with anyone. I basically asked for advice on how i could re sell the replica. However the lady on the phone was rude/blunt and simply unprofessional. They’re were quick enough to sell my gun replica but when I asked for some advice she was just plane ignorant. I’d seriously consider not bothering when it comes to aftesales queries. Just avoid Denix all together as they just want your money asap. I’ll happily keep reviewing when this one gets deleted. Absolutely disrespectful. When all I wanted was some advice.⛔️❌

Really good products and very good quality. The only thing that is a bit of a problem is the prices. It is very pricey for replica guns but they do the job and look and feel fantastic, and most of all they are very spot on with the details. The delivery is amazing as well because both of my orders were received in about 2-4 days of placing the order which is very very quick. Definitely a 8/10.
