Literally in their logo it states "we…

Literally in their logo it states "we ship today" but that's totally not true. I placed an order on Saturday. It's now the following Thursday. My order has not shipped and they keep giving me the run-around when all they need to do is send it and give me my tracking number. Never dealing with this horrible company again and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Going to have to do a PayPal claim because I don't know if I'll ever receive my package.

I ordered a helmet on a wed and got it on monday found nothing wrong with the helmet. There where a lot of helmets to choose from and at a great price and great customer service what more could you ask for thank you dennis kirk I didn't miss a ride.

I ordered a supertrapp exhaust and after that l wanted the open end cap so l put in another order. Both items showed up on time in perfect condition and fit perfect at a great price , my first time and l will order from them again!

I ordered risers that turned out to be…

I ordered risers that turned out to be too long and require that I replace brake lines and cables to work. I contacted Dennis Kirk to see if there is an alternative I can exchange it for. They responded that I should call their "Technical Service" number. Turns out nobody monitors or answers that number.
I tried to contact their so-called "Customer Service" to see if they could get their "Technical Service" folks to contact me or if I could get a partial refund, exchange or store credit. No such luck - THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I guess I'm out $136.
I am never dealing with Dennis Kirk again. I have deleted all the items in my "Wish List", attempted to delete my account an have deleted all links relating to DK.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DESTROYING COMPANY

I REALLY WISH I HAD READ ALL THE REVIEWS. I HAD NO ISSUE WITH THE YOUNG MAN WHOS NAME I DO NOT HAVE NOR WITH BRITTANY WHO HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL. HOWEVER LIKE ALL THE MANY OTHER REVIEWS HERE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE! I WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY AND FINALLY HUNG UP ON BY A DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN. ITS SAD AND UNFORTUNATE THAT DENNIS KIRK APPARENTLY HAS NOT WORKED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. YOURE LOSING GOOD CUSTOMERS. IT WILL COME BACK AND BITE YOU IN THE END. ILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE EVERYWHERE I CAN...MY CLUB, FORUMS, REVIEW BOARDS.

Ordered breather for 93 evolution shiped 2000-2011big twin totally wrong part said I'd have to ship it back and wait until they get it to send the one I ordered while my bike sits in the shop taking up space never again BEWARE!!!!

I am writing this review to let everyone know that Dennis Kirk is not a good place to purchase from , i have been a customer of dennis Kirk for years starting back in the early 90s but as of today i am going else where probably JP Cycles ,this is do to they made a mistake on my last order and it went to an old address of mine in which i have not been at for 8 years or more , they blamed it all on me said it was my fault and wouldn't replace it so i am out money and a part, so i wouldn't recommend dennis Kirk for anyone , a good customer service manager would have looked at my purchase history and seen all the purchases that have been made and corrected it not try just tell me it was my fault

Should be a zero star option.

If I could go lower than 1 star I'd have gone zero for sure. Ordered a helmet from them and when I got it didn't think it fit, called customer service to ask about returning it since there was no return paperwork in the box, it was the weekend and the person on the phone said I'd have to wait until Monday and to call back for the paperwork. She told to wear/ride with it a few days to make sure I want to return it. So took it for a quick ride and realized it wasn't going to fit and they sent me paperwork to return it. Got a call saying they won't take it back because it was worn, I explained the situation and was rudely told no that's not how it works. I had two choices take the helmet or they will refund me 35% of the cost because they will sell it on eBay.

I bought a manual chain tensioner and it was the wrong one. then they tell me they charge me a restocking fee and I have to pay to ship it out to them and it’s not my fault. This is extremely bad company to buy parts and the customer service sucks.

If I could rate this company a ZERO I absolutely would!!! WORST customer service I have ever received! Ordered a helmet that was TOO small. Did not realize that till we tried it on and my son went snowmobiling 5 minutes around the house to see if it fit and it was too tight. We sent it back and asked to switch it out for a larger size. I got a call from a lady on the other side that was so rude and harsh I could NOT believe how she was talking to me, she should be FIRED! She told us cause we wore it (for 5 mins) we had to pay for half the new one (another $100-$150 bucks). I couldn't believe it!!! I was like what? You have a 100% refund policy how are you NOT standing behind your product and customer service and switching it out?!? I have NEVER had a store NOT do a full refund or switch of product for a different size. To charge us another 50% more for a switch was ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase another item from this horrible store. PLEASE read the reviews before buying from this company! Go to Up North Sports they are AWESOME!!! I have had 2 similar situations happen with this store and they went above and beyond in customer service. Even sent us a $20 credit for the hassle. Dennis Kirk is THE WORST store I have ever dealt with. RUN do not buy from them!

Horrible! Do not trust this company.

Wish I had seen the other reviews before I purchased something from this company. Their prices may be nice but it's not worth it. I had to make a return... It was sent back EXACTLY how I received it but somehow they said the item came back with scratches. That either means it came to me with those scratches originally or they made it up so they didn't have to give me a full refund. Anyway, when I called customer service the lady was extremely rude and I requested pictures. I never received the photos and never heard back from them, it's been over a week and I just received an email from my PayPal account saying I got a refund (it was 20% short of a full refund!). This is absolutely horrible. You'd think a company that's been around this long wouldn't do stuff like this.

If I could rate this company a zero

If I could rate this company a zero, I would! My husband purchased handle bars from this company that stated it would fit a 2011 road glide and it did not. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. (Item was purchased on Ebay, however the item was sold by Dennis Kirk). His Ebay claim is coming next! The bars were never mounted because we recognized it by sight. The bars were then wrapped by a professional and sent back. The company refused to give my husband a refund stating it had scratches. We took great of the item in our presence. See photos. After a week of the company having the item, he called to inquire on the refund. Sandra/Sandy stated they didn't have the item, however our tracking notice said it was delivered. She stated she would call back and never did. He spoke to Julie a few days later who stated Sandy was on vacation and needed to call us back. Of course we did not receive a phone call back. Finally, we were told that we would only receive $180 of an item that was $295. We sent photos of the item because when the bars left us, they were brand new. No telling what they did, especially since per Sandy they mixed in with other stuff! We sent them photos and requested from them which were never provided. Over a two week period of trying to get a resolution which we always initiated, a manager decided that it was in the best interest to send us back the item. This company is a total rip off! Social Media HERE WE COME!

Thank you for reaching out to us. After looking into this situation further with our Customer Service Manager, it appears that the bars were sent to you properly packed in a box. When the bars were sent back to us, they weren't properly packaged in a box and were scratched in transit due to the improper packaging of only being packaged in bubble wrap. UPS will not pay a claim on damaged goods being the item wasn't properly packaged in a box when it was sent back. When we receive items, they all come in a semi that is loaded to the top and is mixed in with many other products that we receive daily. We have no control over how items are shipped, which is why we recommend shipping items in a box with another from of protection within the box for the best method for sending and receiving items undamaged. Per your message, you have already spoken to a manager and resolved this situation. There is nothing further that we can do as it appears this situation has already been resolved with a manager.

As I stated before and stand behind my message even more, your company is a straight rip off and now are liars! When we received the item, it was in a brown box with only bubble wrap. The thin brown box was DESTROYED in transit to us. We made sure to send it in better condition than how we received it. We paid $35.00 for a UPS professional to securely bubble wrap and place the item in a custom box. Initially your CSR was going to give us a 100% store credit until he asked for our money back. Then it was stated, it was damaged due to mounting, now you are saying it was damaged due to transit. How does a item fully wrapped in bubble wrap get damage AND why would your store send us the item that way??? Sounds like you just want to steal money from people. Your lies are so conflicting and yet you have failed to address the additional issues. (1) Per your false advertisement stating it would fit my year bike, the item was sold as 1- 1/4 x 1 inch, however it was 1- 1/4 all the way through. (2) Terrible customer service - not one of your CSR agents returned calls to us. Your staff refused to send us photos and no telling what your store did with the item once it arrived as you CSR had no idea that you it! Your "manager" hung up the phone on us and said, we are just going to mail it back. How is mailing back an item that we cannot use per your false advertisement, resolving the matter? Your response alone shows lack of customer skills. Responding to customers 101, you should always take ownership in small portion of a situation to at least sympathize with your customers. Your staff has not once tried to deescalate the issue AT ALL. As a person who has a MBA and MS in Human Resources Management, who trains thousands of people in customer service, I know what I am talking about. It's no wonder why your store employees behave this way. Your store is a scam and a rip off! I will blast this all over your social media pages and I will not let this go!
