Put the phone down on me mid-sentence...
I phoned this practice to try to make a routine appointment. The woman who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. She said that I could not get a checkup appointment for 8 months, despite the fact that I had some symptons inside my mouth that were very worrying. The whole phone conversation was highly distressing and culminated in this horrible person putting the phone down while I was trying to explain my concerns. I'm really worried that people will die of cancer while waiting for an appointment in 8 months time.
