Dentin Clinic 

I have been going to this Clinic for several years now, where I am being treated by Philipp.
Despite my fear of going to the dentist, I always feel extremely safe and well taken care of by Philipp.
I can trust that I will only get recommendations for treatments which are really needed and I know that I will be treated professionally by an experienced dentist.

I've been using Dentinclinic for smaller and bigger dental care services during the past years and have been very pleased with the service. Special shout to my dentist Philipp who have been taking care of my teeths and made me feel welcome and safe in every visit. Will be using their services also in the future! I have been using dentin clinic for approximately 4 years and they have always provided a friendly and professional approach to myself. I have recently had a bottom brace for several months with regular check ups and I am extremely happy with the service and results.

Very well located clinic, directly in the city center. It is very modern and friendly furnished. The team is so welcoming and takes care of you when you are nervous before the treatment. I always go there for my dental check up and cleaning, I love that they use air flow as it brightens up my teeth so much :) I also got my teeth whitened there and the result is amazing. I definitely recommend you this clinic with all professional employees!

I would not write this review if they don't keep sending me these promotion messages to me and my wife after 2 years of not being their patient anymore and multiple times requested deleting my information.

Both I and my wife had been a patient in this clinic for about a year back to 2018, we had not been particularly happy with the service, but we were lazy to search for an alternative because this clinic was nearby. At one point, we had an appointment at 10 AM for both of us, my wife for cleaning and me for removing an extra tooth. We arrived on time, being asked to wait for a bit because they are busy. 10.40 AM and no one asked us a thing. I came and ask the receptionist for the reason, she went in and called her colleague but still, nothing happened. A while later, a hygienist came out and called in my wife, that was around 11 AM. I was still sitting there browsing the phone. At 11.30, my wife texted me, who is now still waiting on the bench, to ask have I been treated. I said I'm still waiting. She called me from the room and said they gave her local anesthesia when she came in and left her there for 30 mins, now she is hurting. At this point I am furious, I called out these dudes to explain, now the owner of the clinic tried to explain blah blah and said they have been preparing to treat us, and now, only now they are ready. I had enough. I requested to cancel all our appointments and data. We left. They keep sending us a promotional message since then. I would not recommend this clinic for sure.

Since I’m a kid I have been different time to the dentist changing from time to time clinics...in the past 5 years I have had regular treatment at dentin clinic in Copenhagen under the expert and professional care of karina and I have never felt the need to change. Worst to mention that karina has a noticeable support from Natalia who is also very prepared...together they work as team extremely well coordinated and most important in support of the patient in different matters. I definitely fill in good hands when I go there.

I have been a regular patient for more than 8 years now and I can strongly recommend Dentin Clinic! Starting with staff at the reception that each time welcome you with a big smile and is always ready to help when you call the clinic! However, the biggest praise goes to my dentist Karina and her assistant Natalia - at Kronprinsessegade clinic - they create a great team together and you can feel a good team spirit and team work, that gives you feeling of being in good hands! Karina has been treating my teeth for the last 6 years and it has always been a pleasure to be her patient! She is just amazing in her field and always sure about what she is doing. She always gives professional advice and inform patient about a treatment, time needed and cost involved. She has a very friendly personalty and it is always a pleasure to come for an appointment - it is such a pleasure that I very often feel like falling asleep there :-) Natalia is also very helpful and friendly! I really wanna say big thanks to Karina and Natalia for a wonderful treatment, working them together makes a really good team, which brings a really good atmosphere and fully relaxation. Everything was just perfect from the beginning till the end, it maked me feel like home in some point :) highly recommend.

In 2017 I needed extensive dental work done, and a good friend recommended Dentin Clinic. Following a thorough consultation with Søren Schatt Holm, I accepted his proposal and commenced treatment: several implants, crowns, fillings – the works! Finally, two years later, my treatment is finished and I’m super satisfied with the results. In particular Søren’s expertise as a dental surgeon impressed me greatly. Regardless of whether we went over the allotted time, he kept on going until he was totally happy with his work. I believe there’s none better than he in DK. The staff are friendly, helpful and informal, and Søren’s assistant, Trine, is a sweetheart. I’m so glad I went with Dentin Clinic. And by the way, their prices are extremely competitive. What’s not to like?

I really recommend this Clinic for a very sort of human and professional approach and the end result as well, very happy with the treatment i was offered.

I used services of Dentin Clinic twice (with two different doctors). Both times it was a very good and pleasant experience. Professional, fast, no waiting for the appointment. Can recommend!

I had one emergency and one complicated esthetic correction. I am writing here as the service I received was higly professional and the result amazing . Doctor Karina changed my smile from Steve Bushimi to Brad Pitt ;)

Clinic has called after I have posted the review. I have got an apology, not sure how sincere, as through the whole dialogue I had a feeling that the only reason they were calling me was to get me to take the review off the Trustpilot (I get the feeling now why the reviews are so good).
As i have received a bad service, have spent my money and still had to get my teeth fixed elsewhere I will not be taking the review off.

Have been to Dentin Clinic in Taastrup 2 times, never going there again, and would not recommend it to no one.
First time went with an emergency pain in my tooth, a women who fixed my tooth says she didn't know if this was fixed. "Ummm, sorry what? so I pay 2000 dkk for not knowing if tooth is fixed?"
A month later, same tooth was still hurting so I went there again, explained situation. did not get refund nor a "Sorry" at least (2000 dkk thrown in the air).
While making injection for anesthesia, dentist did some mistake, so I could feel medicine in my mouth, Filling was not done well, so I had to sit there for 2 hours while they redid filling. This ended up in my lip being cut on the side, from constant pulling. And a worse, a day after this visit, my face got swollen up to twice of its size (sadly could not add pictures here, but I looked like I was beaten up)...
They advertise they have newest technology, but what use is it if they don't know how to use. People are nice to talk to, but that's not a quality you look for when you want your teeth to be fixed.
Please save your health and money and find another place

My experience in Dentin Clinic, has been a complete disaster. The dentist are not professional and not well prepared. The result, on my treatment which was meant to last 6 months and lasted from more than 18, was horrible and never finished. Really poor quality in the final result. and when asking for additional service in order to mitigate such a disaster, the solution was quiet postpone... even once they asked me to wait for a new dentist that they were on the process of hiring... Anyway, i found a new dentist office, which much better service and competences. Additionally to this the administration service is also a mess,... and when you call to talk to them it is a bad decision, because they are never available. I highly can recommend to go to different clinics, there are many others much better than this one.

I always like their professionalism and service, they can be a bit expensive but great value.

I think it was good, but they charged me for things I didn't explicitly ask for and which they performed without telling me I would have to pay for them. Be careful!

I started a tooth treatment at Dentin Clinic but I decided to change my dentist soon after. They denied information from me about what kind of treatment they used to put in my tooth when I needed it as soon as possible. They said they would send it over an e-mail but instead I received my bill and they let me know that after it is paid they would send me my journal. I paid my bill right away and even sent them proof of my payment to the Dentin Clinic, but I still hasn't received anything back at that moment. I needed the information as soon as possible since I had to let my new dentist know exactly what kind of treatment I had in my tooth.I had to remind them over a phone call that I am still waiting for my journal to be sent.

Friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic at putting your mind at ease. Best dental clinic in Copenhagen.
